Water is a basic human need. Water treatment is needed to get water according to the desired quality. Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 32 of 2017 states that clean water is water that is used for daily needs whose quality meets health requirements and can be drunk if it has been cooked. Community-based Sanitation Water Supply Program (Pamsimas) is a community empowerment program that aims to improve access to water and sanitation services for rural communities. The aim of this research was to find out the description of the quality of turbidity, pH and Bacteria Total Coliform from the means of pamsimas which were built in 2015 in Banjar Regency.
This type of research is descriptive which describes the quality of clean water in raw water sources, before processing, after processing and the closest distribution network.
The results of the inspection of the water quality of the Pamsimas facility, the turbidity parameter shows a number ranging from 8.86 to 37.4 NTU, there are 4 samples that do not meet the requirements. PH parameters indicate numbers ranging from 7.2 to 6.5 NTU, all samples met the applicable requirements, andparameters BacterialTotal coliform showed numbers ranging from 5-> 979/100 ml. There were 10 samples that did not meet the requirements.
It is recommended to the manager of the facility to improve the quality of the water by giving alum doses in accordance with the provisions.

Air merupakan menjadi kebutuhan pokok manusia. Pengolahan air diperlukan untuk mendapatkan air sesuai dengan kualitasnya yang diinginkan. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 32 Tahun 2017 menyatakan bahwa air bersih adalah air yang digunakan untuk keperluan sehari-hari yang kualitasnya memenuhi syarat kesehatan dan dapat diminum apabila telah dimasak. Program Penyediaan Air Minum Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (Pamsimas) adalah program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses pelayanan air minum dan sanitasi bagi masyarakat di pedesaan. Tujuan peneliti ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas kekeruhan, pH dan Bakteri Total Coliform dari sarana pamsimas yang dibangun tahun 2015 di Kabupaten Banjar.
Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriftif yang menggambarkan kualitas air bersih pada sarana sumber air baku, sebelum pengolahan, sesudah pengolahan dan jaringan distribusi terdekat.
Hasil pemeriksaan kualitas air sarana pamsimas parameter kekeruhan menunjukkan angka berkisar 8,86-37,4 NTU, terdapat 4 sampel yang tidak memenuhi syarat. Parameter pH menunjukkan angka berkisar 7,2-6,5 NTU, semua sampel memenuhi persyaratan yang berlaku, dan parameter Bakteri Total coliform menunjukkan angka berkisar 5->979/100 ml. Terdapat 10 sampel yang tidak memenuhi syarat.
Disarankan pada pihak pengelola sarana untuk meningkatkan kualitas airnya dengan pemberian dosis tawas sesuai dengan ketentuan.
