anemia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecacingan
Fasciolopsis buski di SDN Pandamaan 2 Kecamatan Danau Panggang dengan jenis
penelitian Survey Analitik dan rancangan Cross Sectional. Populasi dan sampel
anak Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pandamaan 2 Kecamatan Danau Panggang 80 anak.
Point Of Care Testing (POCT), nilai normal kadar hemoglobin laki-laki yaitu 13,5
– 16,5 gr/dl dan perempuan yaitu 12,1 – 15,1 gr/dl. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan
2 (2,5%) anak positif telur Fasciolopsis buski dengan EPG (Egg Per Gram)
sebanyak 24 - 48/g, 78 (97,5%) anak negatif telur Fasciolopsis buski, tetapi 4
diantaranya terinfeksi cacing jenis lain.
SDN Pandamaan 2 Kecamatan Danau Panggang.
seimbang.

Fascioloplasis is a type of helminthiasis in Indonesia. Fascioloplasis is
caused by a type of trematode Fasciolopsis buski which attacks humans and
animals. Fasciolopsis buski causes injury to the intestinal mucosa which is
accompanied by bleeding, causing anemia. This study aims to determine the
relationship between Fasciolopsis buski helminthiasis at SDN Pandamaan 2, Danau
Panggang District with the type of analytical survey and cross sectional design.
Population and sample of Pandamaan 2 Public Elementary School, Danau
Panggang District, 80 children. The sampling technique used the Total Sampling
method, which consisted of 80 children. Examination of worm eggs by microscopic
examination of the Kato-Katz method. The Anemia variable is determined by
examining hemoglobin levels using the Point Of Care Testing (POCT) method. The
normal value for hemoglobin levels is 13.5 – 16.5 gr/dl for men and 12.1 – 15.1
gr/dl for women. From the results of the study, 2 (2.5%) children were positive for
Fasciolopsis buski eggs with an EPG (Egg Per Gram) of 24 - 48/g, 78 (97.5%)
children were negative for Fasciolopsis buski eggs, but 4 of them were infected
with type worms other. The results of examination of hemoglobin levels of
respondents who were abnormal were 19 (23.75%) respondents and normal
hemoglobin levels were 61 (76.25%) respondents. Respondents who had positive
abnormal hemoglobin levels were infected with Fasciolopsis buski as many as 2
(2.5%) respondents. The hemoglobin levels of respondents who were positive for
Fasciolopsis buski worms were 12.1 gr/dl and 11.4 gr/dl. Based on statistical tests,
a significance of 0.025 was obtained, smaller than α (α = 0.05), then H0 was
rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between Fasciolopsis buski worms and
anemia at SDN Pandamaan 2, Danau Panggang District. Suggestions for the
community to always check their health regularly and consume a balanced
nutritious diet.
