menghentikan pandemi virus Covid-19. Cara yang dinilai paling efektif dan
efesien adalah dengan vaksinasi. Vaksinasi dilakukan agar tubuh membentuk
antibodi sebagai upaya kekebalan tubuh. Perlu adanya test serologis untuk
memonitoring respon imun setelah vaksinasi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini
untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil pemeriksaan Antibodi Covid-19 dengan
metode ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunoabsorbent Assay) dan ICT
(Immunochromatography Test). Penelitian ini bersifat survei analitik dengan
rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah
mahasiswa semester VII Jurusan Analis Kesehatan Poltekkes Kemenkes
Banjarmasin yang sudah melakukan vaksin dosis 2 dan 3. Sampel diambil dengan
teknik purposive sampling.

ABSTRACT

COMPARISON OF ASSESSMENT RESULTS FOR COVID-19
ANTIBODY WITH ELISA METHOD AND ICT

The Covid-19 pandemic (Coronavirus disease-19) which was declared by
WHO as a global health emergency on March 11 2020 which has resulted in

millions of cases of fatalities has prompted world scientists to stop the Covid-
19 virus pandemic. The way that is considered the most effective and efficient

is by vaccination. Vaccination is done so that the body forms antibodies as an
immune effort. There is a need for a serological test to monitor the immune
response after the Covid-19 vaccination. The purpose of this study was to
compare the results of examining Covid-19 antibodies using the ELISA
(Enzyme-Linked Immunoabsorbent Assay) and ICT (Immunochromatography
Test) methods. This research is an analytical survey with a research design
cross sectional. The population in this study were students in semester VII of
the Department of Health Analyst, Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Banjarmasin,
who had administered vaccine doses 2 and 3. Samples were taken using the
purposive sampling. Covid-19 antibodies were tested using ELISA and ICT
tools, and questionnaires were used to collect research data. The results showed
that in the ICT method there were 26 people (84%) who were declared reactive
and 4 people (16%) who were declared non-reactive, while in the ELISA
method there were 20 people (68%) with a strong immune response (> 200
IU/mL) 5 people (16 %) with moderate immune response (100-200 IU/mL),
and 5 people (16%) with weak immune response (< 100 IU/mL). The data were
tested for analysis using the Wilcoxon test with a p-value of 0.083 so it is
bigger than the significance level of 0.05, which means that there is a not
significant difference between the ICT and ELISA methods. Suggestions for
future researchers to conduct research with a wider number and criteria of
respondents
