negara, salah satunya Indonesia. Berdasarkan data Kemenkes RI, hingga Mei
Laboratorium Imunoserologi jurusan Analis Kesehatan Poltekkes Kemenkes
30 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan rata-rata kadar antibodi
berdasarkan waktu infeksi. Untuk waktu 2-10 bulan pasca infeksi sebesar 281,271
IU/mL, 10-18 bulan sebesar 255,801 IU/mL, dan 18-26 bulan sebesar 178,567
IU/mL. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan rata-rata kadar antibodi berdasar banyaknya
pengulangan infeksi COVID-19.

The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has a high prevalence in various
countries, one of which is Indonesia. Based on data from the Indonesia Ministry
of Health, until May 2023 there were more than 6 million people in Indonesia
confirmed with COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the
relation of COVID-19 infection history to S1RBD IgG antibody levels. This study
was conducted at the Immunoserology Laboratory, Department of Health Analyst,
Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin, on 29 December 2022 – 27 March 2023. This
study used a cross-sectional study method with population of all civitas academica
who were in Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin then 30 samples were taken using
a purposive sampling technique. The results showed a decrease in the average
antibody level over time. For 2-10 months post-infection was 281.271 IU/mL, 10-
18 months post-infection was 255.801 IU/mL, and 18-26 months post-infection
was 178.567 IU/mL. In addition, there was an increase in the average antibody
level based on the number of repetitions of COVID-19 infection. For 1 time was
225.824 IU/mL, and for 2 times was 251.269 IU/mL. Suggestions for the Civitas
Academica in the Health Education environment, especially those with a Low
COVID-19 Immune Response to carry out booster vaccinations as self-protection
in reducing the risk of transmission of COVID-19. For future researchers, they
can conduct similar research on different research subjects such as people with a
history of certain diseases or other related research subjects.
