Data Badan Kesehatan Dunia (2016) masih menunjukkan rata-rata angka pemberian ASI eksklusif di dunia baru berkisar 38 persen. Jika dibandingkan dengan target WHO yang mencapai 50%, maka angka tersebut masih jauh dari target. Hal Ini menunjukkan, pemberian ASI sebagai makanan pertama bayi masih kurang. Didunia kesehatan banyak dilakukan intervensi non farmakologi salah satunya dengan pemberian terapi akupresur untuk mengatasi ketidaklancaran produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh akupresur pada ibu menyusui terhadap peningkatan kecukupan asupan ASI bayi.
Penelitian menggunakan metode study literatur dengan strategi pencarian menggunakan PRISMA sehingga didapatkan delapan literatur. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian literatur riview ini yaitu kecukupan ASI OR akupresur. Sumber database berasal dari Science Direct, google scholar, EBSCO kemudian dianalisa menggunakan PICOT frame work.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan cakupan ASI ibu pasca melahirkan setelah diberikan terapi akupresur rata-rata mengalami peningkatan ASI dan delapan lieratur menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh akupresur pada ibu menyusui terhadap peningkatan kecukupan asupan ASI bayi.
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi akupresur berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan jumlah ASI pada ibu menyusui pasca melahirkan dibanding dengan yang tidak mendapat terapi akupresur. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya perlu dilakukan sosialisasi hasil riset terhadap pengaruh akupresur pada ibu menyusui terhadap peningkatan kecukupan asupan ASI bayi.

Data from the World Health Organization (2016) still shows that the average rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the world is only around 38 percent. When compared with the WHO target of 50%, this figure is still far from the target. This shows that breastfeeding as the baby's first food is still lacking. In the world of health, many non-pharmacological interventions are carried out, one of which is the provision of acupressure therapy to overcome the inability to produce breast milk in breastfeeding mothers. This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure on breastfeeding mothers on increasing the adequacy of infant milk intake.
The study used a literature study method with a search strategy using PRISMA so that eight literatures were obtained. The keywords used in this literature review are adequacy of breastfeeding OR acupressure. The database source comes from Science Direct, Google Scholar, EBSCO and then analyzed using the PICOT framework.
The results of this study stated that the coverage of postnatal mother's milk after being given acupressure therapy experienced an average increase in breast milk and eight literatures stated that there was an effect of acupressure on breastfeeding mothers on increasing the adequacy of infant milk intake.
It can be concluded that acupressure therapy has an effect on increasing the amount of breast milk in postpartum breastfeeding mothers compared to those who do not receive acupressure therapy. For further researchers, it is necessary to disseminate research results on the effect of acupressure on breastfeeding mothers on increasing the adequacy of infant milk intake.
