Demam berdarah dengue merupakan infeksi yang disebabkan virus dengue
melalui perantara gigitan nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Salah satu upaya untuk memutus
rantai penularannya dilakukan pengendalian vektor dengan biolarvasida. Bunga
mawar (Rosa hybrida) memiliki kandungan zat aktif saponin, flavonoid, alkaloid
dan tanin yang mamou untuk memeatikan larva nyamuk. Tujuan penelitian ini
untuk mengetahui efektivitas biolarvasida ekstrak etanol bunga mawar (Rosa
hybrida) terhadap larva nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Penelitian ini merupakan
penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan postes witht control group design yang
terdiri dari 7 perlakuan yaitu larutan uji konsentrasi 1 mg/l, 2 mg/l, 3 mg/l, 4 mg/l,
5 mg/l, larutan kontrol positif dan kontrol negatif, dengan sampel bunga mawar
utuh. Hasil uji kruskal-wallis didapat nilai P < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat
hubungan yang bermakna antara biolarvasida ektrak etanol bunga mawar dengan
kematian larva nyamuk Aedes aegypti, dan hasil uji regresi didapat kesimpulan
biolarvasida ekstrak bunga mawar efektivit sebesar 83,4 % dalam membunuh
larva nyamuk Aedes aegypti.

EFFECTIVENESS OF BIOLARVACIDES ETHANOL EXTRACT ROSE
FLOWER (Rosa hybrida) ON Aedes aegypti MOSQUITO LARVA

Dengue hemorrhagic fever is an infection caused by the dengue virus through the
bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. One of the efforts to break the chain of
transmission is vector control with biolarvicide. Rose flower (Rosa hybrida)
contains active substances saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids and tannins which are
effective in killing mosquito larvae. The purpose of this study was to determine
the effectiveness of the ethanol extract of rose flower (Rosa hybrida) biolarvicide
against Aedes aegypti larvae. This study was an experimental study with a posttest design with a control group design consisting of 7 treatments, namely the
concentration test solution 1 mg / l, 2 mg / l, 3 mg / l, 4 mg / l, 5 mg / l, positive
control solution and negative control, with rose samples intact. The results of the
kruskal-wallis test obtained a P value <0.05, which means that there is a
significant relationship between the ethanol extract biolarvicide of rose flowers
and the death of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae, and the results of the regression
test concluded that the biolarvicide of rose flower extract was 83.4% effective in
killing larvae. the Aedes aegypti mosquito.
