HUBUNGAN KONDISI FISIK RUMAH DENGAN KEJADIAN TB PARU TAHUN 2020

Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di dunia walaupun upaya penanggulangan TB telah dilaksanakan di banyak negara sejak tahun 1995. Salah satu penyebab utama yang mempengaruhi meningkatnya beban TB adalah faktor sosial seperti kondisi perumahan yang tidak memadai atau tidak memenuhi syarat sebagai rumah sehat dapat mengakibatkan tinggi nya risiko masyarakat terjangkit penyakit TB Paru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei analitik studi literatur yaitu menjelaskan hubungan keadaan fisik rumah (pencahayaan, ventilasi, kelembaban, suhu) dengan kejadian penyakit TB Paru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 38 % dari luas ventilasi rumah tidak memenuhi syarat, 33% dari Suhu ruangan tidak memenuhi syarat, 47% dari pencahayaan yang tidak memenuhi syarat, 46% dari kelembaban rumah yang tidak memenuhi syarat. Hasil analisis biavriat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan luas ventilasi (P=0,000; OR=0,352) suhu (P=0,000; OR=0,416) pencahayaan (P=0,000; OR=0,386) kelembaban (P=0,000; OR=0,272) sebaiknya masyarakat memperbaiki kondis fisik rumah mereka seperti menambahkan jendela atau rutin membuka jendela pada saat pagi dan siang hari agar sirkulasi udara tetap stabil dan ruangan tidak lembab serta panas. Sehingga dapat terhindar dari penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh kondisi fisik rumah yang tidak sehat.

THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OF THE HOUSE WITH PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS EVENT YEAR 2020

Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease that is still a public health problem in the world although TB control efforts have been carried out in many countries since 1995. One of the main causes that influence the increased burden of TB is social factors such as inadequate housing conditions or ineligible Healthy homes can lead to a high risk of people contracting pulmonary TB disease. This research is an analytic survey research literature study that explains the relationship between the physical state of the house (lighting, ventilation, humidity, temperature) with the incidence of pulmonary TB disease. The results showed 38% of the area of the house ventilation did not meet the requirements, 33% of the room temperature did not meet the requirements, 47% of the lighting that did not meet the requirements, 46% of the humidity of the house that did not meet the requirements. The results of the biavriat analysis show that there is a relationship between ventilation area (P = 0,000; OR = 0,352) temperature (P = 0,000; OR = 0,416) lighting (P = 0,000; OR = 0,386) humidity (P = 0,000; OR = 0,272) preferably the community improve the physical condition of their homes such as adding windows or regularly opening windows in the morning and afternoon so that air circulation remains stable and the room is not damp and hot. So that it can avoid diseases caused by physical conditions that are not healthy homes.
