Mycobacterium tuberculosis merupakan penyebab terjadinya Tuberkulosis paru. Pengobatan penyakit Tuberkulosis paru dilakukan dalam 2 fase pengobatan, yaitu Fase Intensif (2 bulan) dan Fase Lanjutan (4 bulan). Obat standar anti tuberkulosis yang digunakan yaitu Isoniazid, Rifampisin, Pirazinamid, Etambutol dan Streptomisin. Isoniazid, Rifampisin, dan Pirazinamid merupakan obat anti tuberkulosis yang bersifat hepatotoksik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fase pengobatan obat anti tuberkulosis dengan kadar SGPT pasien tuberkulosis. Jenis penelitian adalah Survey Analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi sampel sebanyak 140 pasien dan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 25 pasien dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil pemeriksaan kadar SGPT pada fase intensif memiliki rata-rata 30,58 U/L, sedangkan kadar SGPT pada fase lanjutan (3-4 bulan) memiliki rata-rata 19,83 U/L dan fase lanjutan (5-6 bulan) memiliki rata-rata 15,16 U/L. Berdasarkan uji Spearman diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,002 < α (0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan antara fase pengobatan obat anti tuberkulosis terhadap kadar SGPT. Disarankan kepada dokter agar memonitor kadar SGPT pasien yang menjalani pengobatan obat anti tuberkulosis dan kepada pasien tuberkulosis agar menjaga kondisi tubuhnya selama menjalani pengobatan. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi ilmu tambahan bagi penelitian selanjutnya.

CORRELATION OF ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS DRUGS TREATMENT PHASE TOWARS SGPT LEVELS ON TUBERCULOSIS PATIENTS IN PUSKESMAS SUNGAI TABUK 1 AND MARTAPURA BARAT 2017

Mycobacterium tuberculosis is the cause of pulmonary tuberculosis. Treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis is done in two phases of treatment, namely Intensive Phase (2 months) and Advanced Phase (4 months). Standard anti-tuberculosis drugs are Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Pyrazinamide, Etambutol and Streptomycin. Isoniazid, Rifampicin, and Pirazinamid are anti-tuberculosis drugs which are hepatotoxic. This study aims to determine the relationship between anti tuberculosis and levels of SGPT tuberculosis patients. The research type is Analytical Survey with cross sectional design. The sample population was 140 patients and the samples were 25 patients with accidental sampling technique. The Results of SGPT levels in the intensive phase had an average of 30,58 U/L, whereas SGPT levels in the advanced phase (3-4 months) had an average of 19.83 U/L and the advanced phase (5-6 months) had an average of 15,16 U/L. Based on Spearman test, the significance value is 0,002 <α (0,05), which can be concluded there is a relationship between treatment phase of anti tuberculosis drug and SGPT level. It is advised For doctors to monitor levels of SGPT of patients undergoing anti tuberculosis treatment and for tuberculosis patients to maintain skin condition during treatment. It is hoped that this research can be a science for further research.
