Hubungan konsentrasi air rebusan daun sirsak (Anonna muricata Linn) terhadap kematian jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti.

Nyamuk Aedes aegypti merupakan vektor penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Pengendalian vektor dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara seperti menggunakan insektisida, salah satunya daun sirsak (Anonna muricata Linn). Daun sirsak dipilih karena memiliki kandungan senyawa kimia seperti annonain, saponin, flavonoid, dan tanin yang berfungsi sebagai insektisida nabati. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan konsentrasi air rebusan daun sirsak yang terendah yang dapat menyebabkan kematian jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti serta menentukan hubungan antara konsentrasi air rebusan daun sirsak terhadap kematian jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Penelitian ini bersifat true experiment dengan rancangan penelitian post test only control design, menggunakan sampel daun sirsak dan jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Hasil dari penelitian jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti memperlihatkan adanya tingkat kematian pada konsentrasi air rebusan daun sirsak, pada konsentrasi 15% sebanyak 2 jentik, 30% sebanyak 6 jentik, 45% sebanyak 11 jentik, 60% sebanyak 15 jentik, 75% sebanyak 17 jentik dan 100% sebanyak 20 jentik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan konsentrasi air rebusan daun sirsak terendah yang dapat menyebabkan kematian jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti konsentrasi 15% serta ada hubungan konsentrasi air rebusan daun sirsak (Annona muricata Linn) terhadap kematian jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti sebesar 95% dengan uji regresi linear. Disarankan agar dilakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan air rebusan daun sirsak terhadap jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti dengan menggunakan pelarut etanol atau pelarut organik lain.

ABSTRACT
The relation of concentration of water decoction of leaves of soursop (Anonna muricata Linn) against Aedes aegypti mosquito larva's death.

The mosquito Aedes aegypti is the vector of the disease dengue fever Dengue (DBD). Vector control can be done in various ways such as using insecticide, one of them leaves the soursop (Anonna muricata Linn). Soursop leaf was chosen because it has chemical compounds such as annonain, saponins, flavonoids and tannins, which served as a vegetable insecticides. This research aims to determine the concentration of water decoction of soursop leaves the lowest that can cause death of the mosquito Aedes aegypti larva and determine the relationship between the concentration of water decoction of soursop leaves against the Aedes aegypti mosquito larva's death. This research is both true experiment with the design of the research post test only control design, using a sample of soursop leaves and larva of mosquito Aedes aegypti. The result of the Aedes aegypti mosquito larva's research showed the death rate on the concentration of water decoction of leaves of the soursop, at concentrations of 15% as much as 2 Wiggler, 30% as much as larva, 45% 6 total of 11 Wiggler, 60% as many as 15 75% as much as larva, larva and 17 100% as much as 20 larva. Based on the results of the study summed up the concentration of water decoction of lowest soursop leaves can cause death of mosquito Aedes aegypti larva concentration of 15% and there is a strong connection to the concentration of water decoction of soursop leaves against the Aedes aegypti mosquito larva's death with the significance of values 0.000 = 0.05 pronounced < regression test using linear. It is recommended that conducted research on the relationship of water decoction of soursop leaves against the Aedes aegypti mosquito larva by using extraction techniques or other solvents.
