Terminal Tipe B Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan terletak di Jl.Pramuka Kec. Banjarmasin Timur Kota Banjarmasin Kalimantan Selatan. Terminal ini merupakan salah satu terminal terbesar dan teramai di Banjarmasin bahkan di Kalimantan Selatan sebelum beroperasi normal terminal tipe A Km.17. Kondisi ini menghasilkan kebisingan yang tinggi dan dapat mengganggu kesehatan pada manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya tingkat kebisingan di Terminal Tipe B Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.
Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Desain penelitian adalah survei, yaitu metode untuk mendapatkan data dari tempat tertentu yang alamiah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah tingkat kebisingan yang ada di Terminal Tipe B Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.
Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan rata-rata kebisingan di Terminal Tipe B Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan menggunakan Sound Level Meter yaitu sebesar 71dBA. Arah angin dari Timur Laut ke Barat Daya dan kecepatan angin sebesar 0,1 m/s. Hasil tersebut melebihi nilai ambang batas yang tertera di Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 48/MENLH/11/1996 yang mengatur tentang batas baku kebisingan pada area permukiman ataupun fasilitas umum masyarkat lainnya, Baku Mutu Kebisingan di Terminal, Bandar Udara, Stasiun Kereta Api, dan Pelabuhan 70 dBA.
Upaya pengendalian kebisingan dapat dilakukan dengan menambah jenis tanaman yang bercabang banyak dan berdaun lebat didalam pot dengan tinggi 1m - 1,5m dan membuat barrier sekitar terminal serta menambah pepohonan disekitar terminal.

The Type B Terminal in South Kalimantan Province is located on Jl.Pramuka Kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur Kota Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. This terminal is one of the largest and busiest terminals in Banjarmasin even in South Kalimantan before operating normally type A Km.17 terminals. This condition produces high noise and can interfere with health in humans. The purpose of this study was to find out the noise level in the Type B Terminal of the South Kalimantan Province.
The type of research conducted is descriptive research. Research design was a survey, which was a method for obtaining data from certain natural places. The population of this research was the noise level in the Type B Terminal of South Kalimantan Province.
The results of this study got the average noise in Terminal B Type of South Kalimantan Province using Sound Level Meter which is equal to 71dBA. Wind direction from Northeast to Southwest and wind speed of 0.1 m/s. These results exceed the threshold values stated in the Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 48 / MENLH / 11/1996 which regulates noise standards in residential areas or other public facilities, Noise Quality Standards in Terminals, Airports, Railway Stations, and 70 port dBA.
Noise control efforts can be carried out by adding many branching plants and thick leaves in pots with a height of 1m - 1.5m and making barriers around the terminal and adding trees around the terminal.
