5 years (70%), with the category of slight underweight (63.3%), and active smoker category (86.7%). The chi-square test results indicate a relationship between age with a p-value of 0.045 < alpha = 0.05, work experience with a p-value of 0.017 < alpha = 0.05, Body Mass Index (BMI) with a p-value of 0.043 < alpha = 0.05, smoking habit with a p-value of 0.048 < alpha = 0.05, and duration of work with a p-value of 0.039 < alpha = 0.05. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the risk of MSDs complaints is highest with a medium – high level of complaint risk (86.7%). It is recommended for truck drivers to work not exceeding the permissible limit (>8 hours/day) and conduct regular training to drivers on recognizing signs and symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).

WHO reports musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are the most common occupational diseases and account for an estimated 60% of all occupational diseases. There are several factors that can trigger complaints (MSDs), namely individual factors, occupational factors, and environmental factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between individual factors and length of work with the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) complaints in stone transport truck drivers in CV. Kanca Satui.
This type of research is analytic, with a cross sectional research design. The sample population was all 30 truck drivers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis using chi-square test.
As for individual factors in stone transportation truck drivers, namely Older age (56.7%), Work experience >5 years (70%), with the category of slight underweight (63.3%), and active smoker category (86.7%).
