Tindakan laparatomi merupakan suatu bentuk pembedahan mayor dengan
melakukan penyayatan pada lapisan dinding abdomen untuk mendapatkan bagian
organ yang mengalami masalah sehingga menimbulkan luka. Upaya untuk
mencegah terjadinya infeksi dan mempercepat proses penyembuhan yaitu
dilakukan perawatan luka pasca operasi. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini adalah
melaksanaan perawatan luka dengan spray alcohol 70% pada hypafix pada pasien
post operasi laparatomi.
Laporan asuhan keperawatan ini merupakan asuhan keperawatan pada
pasien dengan post operasi laparatomi yang bersedia dilakukan asuhan dengan
pendekatan proses keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnose, perencanaan,
implementasi terkhususnya perawatan luka dengan spray alcohol 70% pada hypafix
dalam menurunkan tanda-tanda risiko infeksi yaitu pada hari pertama post operasi
dilakukan perawatan luka aseptic, dan juga hari kedua dan ketiga. Metode
pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaaan fisik, studi
literature, studi dokumentasi dan format pengkajian.
Sebelum dilakukan perawatan luka dengan spray alkohol 70% pada hypafix
keadaan kondisi luka kedua pasien masih terdapat tanda-tanda infeksi. Setelah
diberikan perawatan luka dengan spray alkohol 70% pada hypafix hasil kondisi
luka pasien yaitu menurunnya tanda-tanda infeksi.
Hasil studi kasus ini luka pada kedua pasien post operasi laparatomi, tandatanda infeksi menjadi berkurang dan kondisi luka menjadi membaik dengan
dilakukannya perawatan luka sesuai prosedur. Kedua pasien disarankan untuk
melakukan perawatan luka secara mandiri saat dirumah untuk mempercepat proses
penyembuhan

Laparotomy is a form of major surgery that involves making an incision into
the lining of the abdominal wall to get to the part of the organ that is having
problems, causing a wound. Efforts to prevent infection and speed up the healing
process include post-operative wound care. The aim of this case study is to carry
out wound care with 70% alcohol spray on Hypafix in post-operative laparotomy
patients.
This nursing care report is nursing care for patients with post-operative
laparotomy who are willing to receive care using a nursing process approach
including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, especially wound care
with 70% alcohol spray on Hypafix in reducing signs of risk of infection, namely
on the first day. Post-operatively, aseptic wound care is carried out, and also on the
second and third days. Data collection methods include interviews, observation and
physical examination, literature study, documentation study and assessment format.
Before the wounds were treated with 70% alcohol spray on Hypafix, the
condition of the two patients' wounds still had signs of infection. After being given
wound care with 70% alcohol spray on Hypafix, the results of the patient's wound
condition were that signs of infection decreased.
The results of this case study included wounds in both patients after
laparotomy surgery, signs of infection reduced and the condition of the wounds
improved with wound care according to the procedure. Both patients were advised
to carry out wound care independently at home to speed up the healing process.
