Dekubitus juga beresiko tinggi pada orang-orang yang mengalami kerusakan syaraf, misalnya akibat stroke, trauma cidera dan diabetes serta koma, namun saat ini masih banyak terdapat pasien stroke yang mengalami dekubitus tersebut lebih banyak terjadi di bagian tulang belakang atau punggung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh pemberian posisi alih baring dengan alas kasur terhadap kejadian dekubitus pada pasien stroke di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Martapura 1.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain post test only control group design non randomization. Pengumpulan data pada variabel independent yaitu pemberian posisi alih baring dengan alas kasur dan variabel dependent yaitu kejadian dekubitus pada pasien stroke dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien di Puskesmas Martapura 1 sejumlah 66 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik simple random sampling dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 orang yang dianalisa menggunakan uji statistik Mann Withney dengan tingkat kesalahan ά = 0,05.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 responden yang terbagi menjadi 5 responden kelompok intervensi 5 responden (100%) dalam kategori kemungkinan kecil terjadi kejadian dekubitus dan 5 responden dalam kelompok kontrol 5 responden (80%) berada di kategori kemungkinan terjadi dekubitus. Hasil uji statistik Mann Withney menunjukkan p = 0,007 < ά = 0,05 maka H1 diterima.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh pemberian posisi alih baring dengan alas kasur terhadap kejadian dekubitus pada pasien stroke di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Martapura 1.

Decubitus is also a high risk for people who experience nerve damage, for example due to stroke, traumatic injury and diabetes and coma, but currently there are still many stroke patients who experience decubitus which occurs more often in the spine or back. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of providing a change of lying position with a mattress pad on the incidence of decubitus in stroke patients in the working area of Martapura 1 Health Center.
This research used a post test only control group design, non randomization design. Data were collected on the independent variable, namely providing a change of lying position with a mattress pad and the dependent variable, namely the incidence of pressure ulcers in stroke patients, using an observation sheet. The population of this study was all 66 patients at Martapura 1 Health Center. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique and a sample size of 10 people was obtained which was analyzed using the Mann Withney statistical test with an error rate of ά = 0.05.
The results of this study showed that of the 10 respondents who were divided into 5 respondents in the intervention group, 5 respondents (100%) were in the category of low probability of having pressure ulcers and 5 respondents in the control group, 5 respondents (80%) were in the category of the possibility of pressure ulcers occurring. The results of the Mann Withney statistical test show p = 0,007 < ά = 0.05, so H1 is accepted.
The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of providing a change of lying position with a mattress pad on the incidence of decubitus in stroke patients in the working area of Martapura 1 Health Center.
