PADA ALUMNI DAN PENGASUH DI PONDOK PESANTREN
RAUDHATUN NASYI’IN SUNGAI BESAR TAHUN 2023

Hepatitis B disebabkan oleh virus Hepatitis B (HBV), yang dapat menyebabkan
peradangan hati, sirosis atau kanker hati. Faktor risiko penularan dapat dipengaruhi
oleh karakteristik individu seperti umur, status perkawinan, status sosial ekonomi,
tingkat pengetahuan, dan perilaku individu. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui
hubungan karakteristik individu dengan kadar Anti-HBs pada alumni dan pengasuh di
Pondok Pesantren Raudhatun Nasyi’in Sungai Besar. Jenis penelitian adalah Survey
Analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah alumni dan
pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Raudhatun Nasyi’in yang bersedia diambil darah
sebanyak 30 dengan teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan
karakteristik responden umur 17-25 tahun (87%), 26-45 tahun (13%), gaji <
Rp500.000/bulan (77%), gaji sebesar Rp500.000-1.500.000/bulan (13%), gaji
Rp1.500.000-2.500.000/bulan (3%), gaji sebesar >2.500.000/bulan (7%), sudah
menikah (10%), sebagian besar berpengetahuan baik (73%), sering memakai alat
pribadi secara bersama (37%), jarang (43%), tidak pernah (20%), pernah vaksin
(20%), pernah transfusi (20%), tidak ada riwayat penyakit Hepatitis B (100%),
pernah kontak dengan penderita (7%). Hasil analisa statistik uji korelasi Rank
Spearman untuk karakteristik tingkat pengetahuan, pemakaian alat pribadi secara
bersama, dan riwayat vaksin nilai Sig. < 0,05. Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan antara
hasil Anti-HBs dengan tingkat pengetahuan, pemakaian alat pribadi secara bersama,
dan riwayat vaksin sedangkan karakteristik lain tidak ada hubungan. Saran penelitian
adalah dilakukan pemeriksaan HBsAg pada seluruh civitas akademika di pondok
pesantren Raudhatun Nasyi’in.

THE CORRELATION OF INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS WITH ANTI-
HBs LEVELS IN ALUMNI AND GUARDIANS AT THE RAUDHATUN
NASYI'IN SUNGAI BESAR ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL, 2023

Hepatitis B is caused by the Hepatitis B virus (HBV), which can cause liver
inflammation, cirrhosis or liver cancer. Risk factors for transmission can be
influenced by individual characteristics such as age, marital status, socio-economic
status, level of knowledge, and individual behavior. The aim of the research was to
determine the relationship between individual characteristics and Anti-HBs levels in
alumni and caregivers at the Raudhatun Nasyi'in Sungai Besar Islamic Boarding
School. The type of research is an Analytical Survey with a Cross Sectional design.
The research samples were alumni and caregivers of the Raudhatun Nasyi'in Islamic
Boarding School who were willing to have 30 blood samples taken using a total
sampling technique. Based on the research results, it shows the characteristics of
respondents aged 17-25 years (87%), 26-45 years (13%), salary < IDR
500,000/month (77%), salary IDR 500,000-1,500,000/month (13 %), salary IDR
1,500,000-2,500,000/month (3%), salary > 2,500,000/month (7%), married (10%),
mostly good knowledge (73%), often use tools personal together (37%), rarely (43%),
never (20%), ever had a vaccine (20%), ever had a transfusion (20%), no history of
Hepatitis B (100%), never had contact with a patient (7%). The results of the
statistical analysis of the Spearman Rank correlation test for the characteristics of
level of knowledge, shared use of personal equipment, and vaccine history, Sig. <
0.05. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between Anti-HBs results and level
of knowledge, sharing personal equipment, and vaccine history, while there is no
relationship between other characteristics. The research suggestion is to carry out
HBsAg examinations on the entire academic community at the Raudhatun Nasyi'in
Islamic boarding school.
