Pengaruh Kemampuan Komunikasi ATLM dalam Phlebotomy dan Kecepatan
Waktu Tunggu Hasil Pemeriksaan Laboratorium Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan
Pasien Prolanis di UPT Laboratorium Kesehatan Kab. Kotawaringin Barat

Kemampuan komunikasi ATLM dalam proses phlebotomy berdampak pada tingkat
kepuasan pasien dan sumber keluhan pasien. Rata-rata pasien prolanis melakukan
pemeriksaan pada pagi hari dan janji hasil diberikan selama 3-4 jam dari
pengambilan sampel. Pengukuran tingkat kepuasan menjadi hal wajib dalam upaya
peningkatan mutu serta memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan. Penelitian ini
dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kemampuan Komunikasi
ATLM dalam Phlebotomy aspek REACH (respect, emphaty, audible, clarity dan
humble) dan Kecepatan Waktu Tunggu Hasil Pemeriksaan dengan Tingkat
Kepuasan Pasien Prolanis di UPT Laboratorium Kesehatan Kab. Kotawaringin
Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan teknik total
sampling sebanyak 70 responden. Data penelitian diolah dengan uji regresi linier
berganda menggunakan SPSS IBM 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel
kemampuan komunikasi secara parsial mempunyai hubungan dengan koefisien
regresi dengan nilai positif 0.244 dan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien
prolanis. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai thitung (2.271) > ttabel (1.994) signifikansi 0.026
< 0.05. Variabel kecepatan waktu tunggu hasil pemeriksaan secara parsial tidak
berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien prolanis dengan nilai 0.069. Hal ini
dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung (0.346) < ttabel (1.994) dengan tingkat signifikansi
0.730 > 0.05. Dan secara simultan dari kedua variabel tidak berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien. Diperlukan pelatihan komunikasi dan
kepribadian bagi ATLM dan SIL terintegrasi yang mempercepat proses verifikasi
dan validasi hasil agar mempersingkat waktu tunggu hasil pemeriksaan.

The Influence of MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) Communication Skills in
Phlebotomy and the Speed of Waiting Time for Laboratory Examination Results
on the Satisfaction Level of Prolanis Patients at the UPT Health Laboratory,

MLT's communication skills in the phlebotomy process have an impact on the level
of patient satisfaction and the source of patient complaints. On average, prolanis
patients undergo an examination in the morning and a promise of results is given
within 3-4 hours of sample collection. Measuring the level of satisfaction is
mandatory in efforts to improve quality and meet customer needs and expectations.
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of MLT
communication skills in phlebotomy on the REACH aspect (respect, empathy,
audible, clarity and humble) and the speed of waiting time Laboratory Examination
Results on the Satisfaction Level of Prolanis Patients at the UPT Health Laboratory,
Kotawaringin Barat Regency. This research used a cross sectional method with a
total sampling technique of 70 respondents. The research data was processed using
multiple linear regression tests using SPSS IBM 25. The research results showed
that the communication ability variable partially had a relationship with the
regression coefficient with a positive value of 0.244 and had an effect on prolanis
patient satisfaction. This is proven by the value of tcount (2.271) > ttabel (1.994)
with a significance of 0.026 < 0.05. The variable speed of waiting time for partial
examination results has no effect on prolanis patient satisfaction with a value of
0.069. This is proven by the results of tcount (0.346) < ttabel (1.994) with a
significance level of 0.730 > 0.05. And simultaneously the two variables do not
have a significant effect on the level of patient satisfaction. Integrated
communication and personality training for ATLM and SIL is needed which speeds
up the process of verifying and validating results in order to shorten the
