Sisa pencemaran udara seperti timbal (Pb) dan karbonmonoksida (CO) dapat
menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi kesehatan manusia. Salah satu dampak negatif
yang dapat ditimbulkan adalah anemia, salah satu parameter untuk mengetahui
penyakit anemia yaitu indeks eritrosit. Salah satu pekerjaan yang beresiko tinggi
terpapar timbal (Pb) dan karbonmonoksida (CO) adalah ojek motor online karena
seringnya terpapar oleh asap kendaraan bermotor hasil pembakaran bahan bakar
(bensin) yang keluar dari knalpot motor yang padat arus lalu lintas dan ketika
menunggu order dari penumpang di tempat pangkalan ojek online. Tujuan studi
ini adalah untuk mengetahu gambaran jenis anemia berdasarkan indeks eritrosit
pada pekerja ojek motor online. Penelitian ini bersifat survei deskriptif dengan
rancangan cross sectional. Metode pemeriksaan indeks eritrosit menggunakan
automatik dengan alat Hematology Analyzer pada 30 orang subjek penelitian.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh indeks eritrosit normal sebanyak 23 orang
dan indeks eritrosit rendah sebanyak 7 orang. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini
diperoleh nilai indeks eritrosit berdasarkan MCV, MCH dan MCHC normal
sebesar 76,67% dengan jenis anemia normositik normokrom dan abnormal
sebesar 23,33% dengan jenis anemia mikrositik hipokrom. Disarankan agar
dilakukan penelitian pemeriksaan kadar timbal dalam darah terhadap pekerja ojek
motor online di Kota Banjarbaru.

Air pollution such as lead (Pb) and carbon monoxide (CO) can have a negative
impact on human health. One of the negative impacts that can be caused is
anemia, one of the parameters to determine anemia is the erythrocyte index. One
of the jobs that is at high risk of exposure to lead (Pb) and carbon monoxide (CO)
is online motorcycle drivers because they are often exposed to smoke from
motorized vehicles burning fuel (gasoline) that comes out of motorbike exhausts
which are full of traffic and when waiting for orders from passengers. at the
online motorcycle base. The purpose of this literacy study is to find out the
description of the types of anemia based on the erythrocyte index in online
motorcycle taxi workers. This research is a descriptive survey with a cross
sectional design. The method of examining the erythrocyte index was using an
automatic Hematology Analyzer on 30 research subjects. Based on the results of
the study, it was found that there were 23 people with a normal erythrocyte index
and 7 people with a low erythrocyte index. The conclusion in this study was that
the normal erythrocyte index value based on MCV, MCH and MCHC was
76.67% with normochromic normocytic anemia and 23.33% abnormal with
hypochromic microcytic anemia. It is suggested that a research on blood lead
level examination be conducted on online motorcycle taxi workers in Banjarbaru
City.
