Keadaan sehat baik fisik, mental, maupun sosial manusia tergantung seberapa tingginya tingkat aktivitas dan mobilitas manusia. Hal ini umumnya memicu terjadinya kecelakaan dalam bekerja maupun kecelakaan bermotor yang akan menyebabkan cedera salah satunya ialah fraktur. Fraktur jika tidak mendapatkan penanganan yang tepat bisa mengakibatkan kecacatan maupun komplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru tahun 2022 ditemukan sebanyak 162 kasus fraktur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan closed fraktur tibia fibula.
Penelitian ini berupa studi kasus pada pasien fraktur yang bersedia dilakukan asuhan dengan pendekatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi dan dokumentasi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, studi dokumentasi dan format pengkajian keperawatan.
Hasil pengkajian didapatkan tiga diagnosa pre operasi yaitu, nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pencedera fisik (trauma jatuh), gangguan pola tidur berhubungan dengan kurang kontrol tidur, dan ansietas berhubungan dengan krisis situasional serta tiga diagnosa post operasi yaitu nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pencedera fisik (prosedur operasi), gangguan mobilitas fisik berhubungan dengan nyeri pasca operasi dan defisit pengetahuan berhubungan dengan kurang terpapar informasi. Dari keenam diagnosa, lima diagnosa sudah teratasi dan satu diagnosa teratasi sebagian.
Diharapkan penelitian ini menjadi salah satu salah bahan masukkan bagi pihak rumah sakit dan sebagai suatu acuan untuk pengembangan asuhan keperawatan mengenai fraktur.

The healthy state of both physical, mental and social human beings depends on how high the level of human activity and mobility is. This generally triggers accidents at work or motorized accidents which will cause injury, one of which is a fracture. If the fracture does not get proper treatment it can lead to disability or complications. Based on the results of a preliminary study at Idaman Hospital in Banjarbaru City in 2022, a total of 162 fracture cases were found. The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care to patients with closed tibia-fibula fractures.
This research is a case study on fracture patients who are willing to be treated with an approach that includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. Methods of data collection by interviews, observations, physical examinations, documentation studies and nursing assessment formats.
The results of the study obtained three preoperative diagnoses, namely, acute pain associated with physical injury agents (fall trauma), sleep pattern disturbances associated with lack of sleep control, and anxiety associated with situational crises and three postoperative diagnoses namely acute pain associated with physical injury agents ( surgical procedures), impaired physical mobility associated with postoperative pain and knowledge deficit associated with less exposure to information. Of the six diagnoses, five diagnoses have been resolved and one diagnosis has been partially resolved.
It is hoped that this research will become one of the input materials for the hospital and as a reference for the development of nursing care regarding fractures.
