Dengan Metode CHOD-PAP (Cholesterol Oksidase Para Amino Phenazone) Pada
Pasien Lansia Di UPT Puskesmas Sungai Turak Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara

Peningkatan kadar Kolesterol terjadi pada Usia Lanjut, hal itu dikarenakan
faktor usia yang semakin lama badan akan semakin malas digerakkan, sehingga
kolesterol meningkat di dalam darah. Pemeriksaan kadar kolesterol ada beberapa
metode, diantaranya adalah metode CHOD PAP dan POCT. Tidak jarang masyarakat
mendapati hasil pemeriksaan kolesterol yang berbeda antara hasil metode CHODPAP, POCT Nesco dan Autocheck. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
ketepatan kadar kolesterol metode POCT dibanding dengan CHOD-PAP dengan jenis
penelitian survei analitik. dan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah
seluruh Lansia yang melakukan pemeriksaan kolesterol di UPT Puskesmas Sungai
Turak pada bulan Juli Tahun 2022. Teknik sampling adalah Accidental Sampling,
jumlah sampel 35 orang. Hasil rerata POCT Autocheck 247,5 mg/dl, rerata POCT
Nesco 224,9 mg/dl, sedangkan rerata CHOD-PAP 192,7 mg/dl. Hasil uji statistik
Repeated Measure Anova didapatkan signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,005 yang artinya
terdapat perbedaan bermakna kolesterol pada POCT Nesco, POCT Autocheck, dan
CHOD-PAP. Bias POCT Nesco 17% dan POCT Autocheck 28%. Kesimpulannya
POCT Nesco memiliki nilai ketepatan lebih mendekati dibanding POCT Autocheck.
Disarankan untuk menggunakan CHOD-PAP jika tidak ada dapat menggunakan
POCT Nesco, dapat melakukan penelitian disertai bahan kontrol agar presisi dan
akurasi terlihat.

Increased cholesterol levels occur in old age, this is due to the age factor, the
longer the body will be lazy to move, so that cholesterol increases in the blood. There
are several methods for examining cholesterol levels, including the CHOD PAP and
POCT methods. It is not uncommon for people to find different cholesterol test
results between the results of the CHOD-PAP, POCT Nesco and Autocheck methods.
This study aims to determine the accuracy of cholesterol levels using the POCT
method compared to CHOD-PAP with the type of analytical survey research. and
cross sectional design. The population of this study were all elderly people who had
their cholesterol checked at the UPT Puskesmas Sungai Turak in July 2022. The
sampling technique was accidental sampling, the sample size was 35 people. The
average POCT Autocheck result was 247.5 mg/dl, Nesco's POCT average was 224.9
mg/dl, while the CHOD-PAP average was 192.7 mg/dl. The results of the Repeated
Measure Anova statistical test obtained significance = 0.000 <0.005, which means
that there is a significant difference in cholesterol in POCT Nesco, POCT Autocheck,
and CHOD-PAP. Nesco's POCT bias is 17% and POCT Autocheck is 28%. In
conclusion, POCT Nesco has a closer accuracy value than POCT Autocheck. It is
recommended to use CHOD-PAP if not available, you can use POCT Nesco, you can
do research with control materials so that precision and accuracy can be seen.
