DBD adalah penyakit virus yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk yang telah menyebar dengan cepat. Berdasarkan data Puskesmas Mataraman dari tahun 2017 s/d 2021 hasil pemeriksaan jentik di 760 rumah, ditemukan 612 negatif dan 148 positif yang paling banyak ditemukan di Desa Sumur Tutup. Dari tahun 2017-2021 angka bebas jentik di Wilayah Kecamatan Mataraman yaitu 80,52 persen, sedangkan di Desa Sumur Tutup yaitu 73 persen. Angka tersebut masih dib awah standard indikator nasional yaitu <95 persen yang menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan dengan kepadatan jentik di wilayah Tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks kepadatan jentik Aedes aegypti di desa Sumur Tutup Kecamatan Mataraman.
Jenis penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Februari-Mei di Desa Sumur Tutup Kecamatan Mataraman dengan jumlah 100 rumah. Variabel penelitian adalah Kepadatan jentik, House Index, Container Index, Bruteau Index melalui observasi dan kuesioner, Analisis data secara deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka House Index di Desa Sumur Tutup Kecamatan Mataraman yaitu 58persen, angka Container Index yaitu 24,05, angka Breteau Index yaitu 70 persen , dan angka bebas jentik yaitu sebesar 48persen yang menunjukkan kepadatan jentik Aedes aegypti di Desa Sumur Tutup Kecamatan Mataraman masih tinggi.
Diharapkan petugas instansi kesehatan bisa melakukan evaluasi dan pengendalian jentik Aedes aegypti lebih ketat lagi. Melaksanakan penyuluhan dan mengajak masyarakat untuk selalu menerapkan 1 rumah 1 pemantau jentik agar terputusnya mata rantai DBD.

THE DENSITY INDEX OF Aedes aegypti LARVA IN THE SUMUR TUTUP VILLAGE MATARAMAN SUB-DISTRICT IN 2022

DHF is a viral disease transmitted by mosquitoes that has spread rapidly. Based on data from the Mataraman Health Center from 2017 to 2021, the results of larvae inspections in 760 homes, found 612 negative and 148 positive, most of which were found in Sumur Tutup Village. From 2017-2021 the larva-free rate in the Mataraman District is 80.52%, while in Sumur Tutup Village it is 73%. This figure is still below the national indicator standard, which is <95%, which indicates a relationship with larva density in the region. . This study aims to determine the density index of Aedes aegypti larvae in Sumur Tutup village, Mataraman district.
This type of descriptive observational research with a case study approach. The research was conducted in February-May in Sumur Tutup Village, Mataraman District with a total of 100 houses. The research variables were larval density, House Index, Container Index, Bruteau Index through observation and questionnaires, descriptive data analysis.
The results showed that the House Index in Sumur Tutup Village, Mataraman District was 58%, the Container Index number was 24.05, the Breteau Index number was 70%, and the larva-free rate was 48% which showed the density of Aedes aegypti larvae in Sumur Tutup Village. Mataraman District is still high.
It is hoped that health agency officers can evaluate and control Aedes aegypti larvae more strictly. Carry out outreach and invite the community to always apply 1 house 1 larvae monitor so that the DHF chain is broken.
