Perbandingan Hasil Metode ICT dan ELISA untuk Deteksi Anti-HBs pada
Tenaga Kesehatan

Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 53
berbeda.

Health Workers

According to Regulation No. 53 of 2015 of the Minister of Health of the Republic of
Indonesian, a high risk of HBV infection in health workers is a problem that requires
attention, and vaccination is effective way to reducing these risk factors so that it is
necessary to determine the level of anti-HBs antibodies in health workers anti-HBs test.
The purpose of this study was to compare the results between the ICT method and
ELISA in the examination of anti-HBs in health workers. This research is descriptive
with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were health workers who
had been vaccinated against Hepatitis B at the Banjar District Health Center and 25
health workers were used as research samples. Samples were taken by the purposive
sampling technique. Anti-HBs antibody in serum were measured using
Immunochromatography Test (ICT) and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
(ELISA). The results of the study showed that in the ICT method there were 19 (76%)
respondents declared reactive and 6 (24%) respondents declared non-reactive, while the
ELISA method contained 15 (60%) respondents who stated strong immune response (>
100 mIU /mL) and 10 people (40%) of the respondents stated that the immune response
was weak (10-100 mIU/mL). Data analysis with Chi Square statistical test with p-value
obtained is 0.225 so it is greater than the significance level of 0.05, conclusion that there
is no significant difference in results between the ICT method and ELISA. Suggestions
to health workers who have low antibody titers (10-100 mIU/mL) should be revaccinated to increase anti-HBs titers, and for further researchers to more respondents
with different subjects.
