Demam tifoid adalah salah satu penyakit yang sering menyerang anak usia balita dan usia sekolah serta mengganggu tumbuh kembangnya. Gejala umum pada demam tifoid adalah terjadinya hipertermi sebagai reaksi infeksi. Pada pasien demam thypoid dengan masalah hipertermi jika tidak segera diatasi dapat berakibat fatal seperti kejang demam, syok, dehidrasi, syok dan dapat terjadi kematian. Penulis ini ditujukan untuk mengeksplorasi asuhan keperawatan pada anak demam thypoid berdasarkan Literature Review.
Metode penelitian pada penulisan ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan proses keperawatan berdasarkan hasil Literature Review. Dengan membandingkan 2 asuhan keperawatan dengan kriteria anak jenis kelamin perempuan / laki-laki, usia 0-17 tahun, diagnosa medis thypus abdominalis.
Pada tahap pengkajian didapatkan keluhan utama kedua klien yang mengalami demam thypoid adalah badan panas, batuk dan tidak nafsu makan.Masalah keperawatan utama pada kedua klien dengan demam thypoid adalah hipertermi berhubungan dengan proses infeksi dengan intervensi kompres hangat yang diberikan pada klien. Implementasi yang dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana tindakan yang telah ditetapkan.
Hasil evaluasi yaitu pada klien 1 pada hari ke-3 masalah teratasi, intervensi dihentikan sedangkan pada klien 2 masalah belum teratasi pada hari ke-3 dan intervensi dilanjutkan.pasien demam

Typhoid fever is a disease that often attacks toddlers and school-age children and interferes with their growth and development. A common symptom of typhoid fever is the occurrence of hyperthermia as a reaction to infection. In patients with typhoid fever with hyperthermia problems if not treated immediately can be fatal such as febrile seizures, shock, dehydration, shock and death can occur. This author is intended to explore nursing care in children with typhoid fever based on the Literature Review.
The research method in this writing is to use the approach of the nursing process based on the results of literature review. By comparing 2 nursing care with the criteria of female / male sex children, ages 0-17 years, medical diagnosis of thypus abdominalis.
At the assessment stage, the main complaints of both clients who have thypoid fever are body heat, cough and no appetite. The nursing problem found in both clients with thypoid fever is hyperthermy. The main nursing diagnosis in both clients with thypoid fever is hyperthermy associated with the infectious process with a warm compress intervention given to the client. Implementation carried out in accordance with the action plan that has been set.
The evaluation result is in client 1 on day 3 the problem is resolved, the intervention is stopped while in the client 2 problems have not been resolved on day 3 and the intervention is continued.patient fever
