LITERATURE REVIEW FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMBERIAN IMUNISASI DASAR LENGKAP

Imunisasi terbukti dapat mencegah dan mengurangi angka kesakitan, kecacatan, dan kematian akibat penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi. Namun pada kenyataannya program imunisasi dasar lengkap yang telah dilakukan tidak seluruhnya berhasil, karena pengetahuan orang tua yang masih kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap dengan faktor-faktor seperti tingkat pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan ibu,sikap ibu, keterjangkauan fasilitas, dukungan keluarga dan status ekonomi.
Jenis dan metode penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan atau kajian literatur yang didapatkan dari jurnal atau artikel dari sumber google scholar, ebscohost, dan science direct. Data diperoleh dari 15 jurnal yang dianalisis menggunakan metode PICOT.
Hasil dari studi literature ini terdapat 6 urutan faktor dari yang paling berpengaruh sampai yang kurang berpengaruh, yang pertama ada faktor pengetahuan ibu, sikap ibu, pendidikan ibu, dukungan keluarga, keterjangkauan fasilitas dan status ekonomi, serta adanya hubungan antar faktor-faktor yaitu faktor pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan ibu, sikap ibu, keterjangkauan fasilitas, dukungan keluarga dan status ekonomi.
Kesimpulan bahwa dari semua jurnal yang dianalisis terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan ibu, sikap ibu, fasilitas kesehatan, dukungan keluarga dan status ekonomi dengan pemberian imunisasi dasar secara lengkap. Saran untuk tenaga kesehatan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang imunisasi dasar.

Immunization is proven to prevent and reduce morbidity, disability, and death from diseases that can be prevented by immunization. But in reality the complete basic immunization program that has been carried out is not entirely successful, because the knowledge of parents is still lacking. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between the complete basic immunization and the factors such as the mother’s level of education, mother’s knowledge, mother’s attitude, access to facility, family support, and economic status.
This research used type and method was literature review and obtained from journal or article from google scholar, ebscohost, and science direct sources. Data obtainedof 15 journals were analyzed using the PICOT method.
The results of this literature study there are 6 sequences of factors from the most influential to the least influential, the first is the mother's knowledge factor, mother's attitude, mother's education, family support, affordability of facilities and economic status, as well as the relationship between factors, namely education mother, mother's knowledge, mother's attitude, affordability of facilities, family support and economic status.
The conclusion is that from all the journals analyzed, there is a significant relationship between mother’s level of education, mother’s knowledge, mother’s attitude, access to facility, family support and economic status with complete basic immunization. Suggestionsfor health workers are expected to increase education about basic immunization.
