COVID-19 was caused by SARS-COV2, an isolate sample from a patient was studied with the results showing the presence of a corona virus infection, a new type of betacoronavirus, the number of cases increased over time, on March 11, 2020, to April 23, 2020, more than 2,000,000 cases COVID-19 has been reported, more than 210 countries, 195,755 people died, 781,109 people recovered. One of the most vulnerable groups is pregnant women, 12% of women experience depression and up to 22% experience high levels of anxiety at the end of pregnancy. Many pregnant women are not making ANC visits due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety of pregnant women and the implementation of ANC during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses literature study methods using frameworks, Scopus, Science Direct and Google Scholar and obtained sample of 11 journals analyzed using PICOT. The results of the research from 11 articles analyzed were 6 articles discussing anxiety in pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic and 5 articles discussing ANC visits during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the relationship between pregnant women anxiety and ANC visits during the COVID-19 pandemic, 5 journals suggest that pregnant women during COVID-19 experience severe anxiety, which is shown by a high prevalence of mild anxiety 35.6%, moderate 21.6%, and severe 21.7% and of 6 journals reported a decrease in the number of ANC visits during the pandemic, 4 journals 40.8% avoided directly ANC visits, 2 journals 20.2% considered or decided to cancel ANC visits. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the anxiety of pregnant women and ANC visits during COVID-19. Pregnant women are expected to continue to explore information about ANC care, and for further researchers, it is hoped that they can add other variables.
