LITERATURE REVIEW ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DIABETES MELLITUS DENGAN GANGGUAN PEMENUHAN NUTRISI KURANG DARI KEBUTUHAN TUBUH.

Penderita Diabetes Mellitus akan mengalami Difisiensi insulin hingga menyebabkan terganggunya metabolisme protein dan lemak yang menyebabkan penurunan berat badan serta ketidakpatuhan terhadap diet 3j untuk penderita Diabetes Mellitus juga menjadi penyebab terjadinya gangguan nutrisi.
Rancangan pada karya tulis ilmiah ini dalam bentuk laporan asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan proses keperawatan berdasarkan literature review. Subjek adalah pasien Diabetes Mellitus. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu 2 (dua) laporan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus dengan berfokus pada masalah nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh. Protokol dan evaluasi menggunakan JBI Critical Apprasial. Strategi yang digunakan adalah PICOT framework.
Hasil literature review pada kedua pasien dalam studi ini, diagnosa berfokus pada masalah nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan dengan pengkajian, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan seperti tindakan nonfarmakologi dan farmakologi selama 3x24 jam didapatkan hasil adanya peningkatan berat badan, mampu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan nutrisi, dan tidak ada tanda-tanda malnutrisi.
Hasil evaluasi pada kedua pasien menunjukkan bahwa masalah keperawatan ketidakseimbangan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh dapat teratasi dengan di berikan tidakan pengaturan diet 3j untuk klien Diabetes Mellitus. Diharapkan perawat lebih mampu melakukan asuhan keperawatan secara komprehensif tidak hanya berfokus pada pemberian obat-obatan tetapi juga bisa menerapkan terapi diet.

Patients with Diabetes Mellitus will experience insulin deficiency to cause disruption of protein and fat metabolism which causes weight loss and non-adherence to the 3H diet for people with Diabetes Mellitus are also the cause of nutritional disorders.
The design of this scientific paper is in the form of a nursing care report using a nursing process approach based on a literature review. The subject is a Diabetes Mellitus patient. The instruments used are 2 (two) reports of nursing care in Diabetes Mellitus patients by focusing on the problem of nutrition less than the body's needs. Protocol and evaluation using JBI Critical Appraisal. The strategy used is the PICOT framework.
The results of the literature review on both patients in this study, the diagnosis focused on the problem of nutrition less than the body's needs. After nursing care with assessments, nursing interventions, nursing implementation such as non-pharmacological and pharmacological actions for 3x24 hours, the results showed an increase in body weight, able to identify nutritional needs, and no signs of malnutrition.
The results of the evaluation on both patients showed that the nursing problem of nutritional imbalance less than the body's needs could be resolved by giving 3 hours of dietary regulation for Diabetes Mellitus clients. It is hoped that nurses will be able to carry out comprehensive nursing care not only focusing on administering drugs but also being able to apply diet therapy.
