Karya Tulis Ilmiah RAFIKA AURALITA LITERATURE REVIEW ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN ANAK DENGAN ISPA (Evi Risa Mariana, Evy Marlinda) xvi + 107 halaman; 13 tabel; 1 gambar + 8 lampiran
ISPA masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang penting untuk diperhatikan, karena merupakan penyakit akut dan bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian pada balita di berbagai negara berkembang termasuk negara Indonesia. Pravelensi ISPA pada balita sebesar 12,8% dengan usia dibawah 1 tahun sebesar 9,4%. Data dari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan kasus ISPA pada balita di Kalimantan Selatan tahun 2018 sebanyak 476.589 kasus.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi asuhan keperawatan pada pasien anak dengan Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) berdasarkan literature review. Metode penelitian dalam laporan tugas akhir ini adalah literature review dengan pendekatan proses asuhan keperawatan meliputi tahap pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi berdasarkan literature review.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh berdasarkan review kasus terhadap kedua klien ditemukan keluhan yang sama dan sesuai dengan teori yaitu demam dan batuk. Yang membedakan pada batuk klien 1 tidak ada sekret dan pada klien 2 disertai sekret. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari kedua penelitian ditemukan diagnosa yang sama dan sesuai teori dan diagnosa tidak sesuai teori.

ISPA is still one of the important public health problems to be aware of, as it is an acute disease and can even cause death in toddlers in various developing countries including Indonesia. Ispa prevalence in infants is 12.8% with under 1 year old at 9.4%. Data from the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Office of ISPA cases in toddlers in South Kalimantan in 2018 amounted to 476,589 cases.
The purpose of this study was to explore nursing care in pediatric patients with Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ISPA) based on literature review. The research method in this final task report is literature review with the approach of nursing care process covering the stages of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation based on literature review.
The results of the study obtained based on a review of cases against both clients found the same complaints and in accordance with the theory of fever and cough. The difference on the cough of the client 1 there is no secret and in the client 2 accompanied by a fuse. Conclusions obtained from both studies found the same diagnosis and according to the theory, and the diagnosis not match the theory.
