Salah satu penyakit pernafasan yang menjadi masalah di dunia yaitu Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK) dimana setiap tahunnya terjadi peningkatan dalam prevalensi, morbiditas dan mortalitasnya akibat faktor genetik, pola hidup, asap rokok, dan polusi udara. Angka kejadian PPOK di Indonesia menempati urutan kelima tertinggi di dunia yaitu 7,8 juta jiwa. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisa asuhan keperawatan pada pasien PPOK dengan masalah bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif agar menambah wawasan dan meningkatkan mutu asuhan keperawatan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Literature Review dengan menyesuaikan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi serta strategi PICOT yang meliputi population, intervension, comparation, outcome dan time untuk membandingkan 2 artikel jurnal dan melihat kesenjangan yang ada.
Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu adanya kesesuaian pada tanda dan gejala bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif dan terdapat perbedaan pada keluhan utama kedua pasien yang sehubungan dengan riwayat penyakit dan faktor resiko yang dimiliki masing-masing pasien.
Kesimpulan yang didapat pada pasien 1 masalah sudah teratasi sepenuhnya pada hari ketiga sementara pada pasien 2 teratasi sebagian pada hari ketiga karena setiap pasien dengan PPOK memiliki derajat gejala klinis yang berbeda tergantung dari faktor resiko yang dialami pasien terhadap penyakitnya. Diharapkan perawat lebih memperhatikan intervensi yang akan dilakukan pada pasien sehingga dapat melakukan asuhan keperawatan secara komprehensif pada pasien PPOK.

One of the respiratory diseases that become a problem in the world is Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) where every year there is an increase in prevalence, morbidity and mortality due to genetic factors, lifestyle, cigarette smoke, and air pollution. The incidence of COPD in Indonesia ranks fifth highest in the world at 7.8 million people. This study is intended to explore and analyze nursing care in COPD patients with ineffective airway cleaning problems in order to increase insights and improve the quality of nursing care..
The research method used is Literature Review by adjusting the criteria for inclusion and exclusion as well as PICOT strategies that include population, intervention, comparation, outcome and time to compare two journal articles and look at the gaps that exist.
The result is the conformity of the signs and symptoms of ineffective airway cleaning and there are differences in the main complaints of both patients related to the history of the disease and risk factors that each patient has.
The conclusion obtained in patient 1 problem is fully resolved on the third day while in patient 2 is partially resolved on the third day because each patient with COPD has a different degree of clinical symptoms depending on the risk factors that the patient experiences against the disease. It is expected that nurses pay more attention to the interventions that will be carried out in patients so that they can conduct comprehensive nursing care in COPD patients
