Reumatoid artritis atau penyakit rematik merupakan salah satu penyakit yang sering ditemui dalam masyarakat, salah satunya pada kelompok lansia yang ditandai dengan nyeri yang terjadi secara berulang-ulang. Berdasarkan data dari World Health Organisation (WHO) pada 2016 terdapat 335 juta jiwa penduduk di dunia yang mengalami rematik. Diperikirakan angka ini terus meningkat hingga tahun 2025 dengan indikasi lebih dari 25% akan mengalami kelumpuhan. Tujuan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengksplorasi asuhan keperawatan gerontik pada klien dengan reumatoid artritis di panti mulai dari pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi berdasarkan Literature Review.
Subjek asuhan keperawatan yaitu lansia yang berumur di atas 60 tahun, diagnosa medis Reumatoid Artritis dan jumlah subjek dalam Literature Review sebanyak 2 orang. Fokus laporan asuhan keperawatan adalah Asuhan Keperawatan Gerontik pada Klien dengan Reumatoid Artritis yang kemudian dianalisa dan dibandingkan dan hasilnya disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi yang akan dibandingkan. Diagnosa keperawatan utama yang dibandingkan adalah nyeri reumatoid artritis yang dialami oleh kedua klien. Pada kedua kasus asuhan keperawatan tersebut diagnosa utama masih teratasi sebagian, kemungkinan karena adanya keterbatasan waktu asuhan dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi klien. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahaun, wawasan, dan pengalaman mengenai asuhan keperawatan gerontik pada klien dengan reumatoid artritis.

Rheumatoid arthritis or rheumatic disease is a disease that is often encountered in the community, one of which is in the elderly group which is characterized by pain that occurs repeatedly. Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016 there were 335 million people in the world who experienced rheumatism. It is estimated that this number will continue to increase until 2025 with an indication that more than 25% will experience paralysis. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to explore gerontic nursing care for clients with rheumatoid arthritis in nursing homes starting from assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation based on the Literature Review.
Nursing care subjects are the elderly over 60 years old, medical diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis and the number of subjects in the Literature Review are 2 people. Focus of the nursing care report is Gerontic Nursing Care for Clients with Rheumatoid Arthritis which is then analyzed and compared and the results are presented in the form of tables and narratives.
The results of the study obtained assessments, diagnoses, interventions, implementations, and evaluations that will be compared. The main nursing diagnosis that was compared was rheumatoid arthritis pain experienced by both clients. In both cases of nursing care, the main diagnosis was still partially resolved, possibly due to limited time for care and adjusted to the client's condition. It is hoped that this research can increase knowledge, insight, and experience regarding gerontic nursing care for clients with rheumatoid arthritis.
