Pamsimas merupakan program pemerintah yang bertujuan menciptakan masyarakat hidup bersih dan sehat, Dibangunnya sarana air bersih program Pamsimas tahun 2017 Kabupaten Tabalong, jumlah pengguna 514 jiwa, jumlah sambungan rumah 129 buah. Berdasarkan hasil survei diketahui air bersumber dari air pegunungan. Keluhan yang sering dirasakan masyarakat adalah ketika hujan dimana air tampak terlihat lebih keruh dari biasanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengatahui kualitas air bersih program Pamsimas ditinjau dari parameter suhu, kekeruhan, pH, dan MPN Coliform Kabupaten Tabalong.
Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif dan desain penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini diambil pada tiga titik lokasi yaitu pada sumber air, bak reservoir, dan jaringan distribusi terdekat sebanyak 2 kali pengulangan dengan waktu yang berbeda yaitu pada waktu pagi hari dan sore hari.
Nilai suhu pada air bersih program Pamsimas desa simpung layung berkisar antara 27°C - 28°C. Nilai kekeruhan pada air bersih program Pamsimas desa simpung layung berkisar antara 0,4 – 1,5 NTU. Nilai pH pada air bersih program pamsimas desa simpung layung yang sudah dilakukan mendapatkan hasil pemeriksaan pH sebesar 7. Nilai MPN Coliform pada air bersih program Pamsimas Desa Simpung Layung yaitu berkisar antara 2 - 34 per 100 ml air bersih. Jadi air bersih program Pamsimas Desa Simpung Layung Menurut Permenkes Nomor 32 Tahun 2017 memenuhi persyartan tentang air bersih.
Upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang menggunakan air bersih yang berasal dari sarana program pamsimas sebaiknya air tersebut didesinfeksi terlebih dahulu bisa menggunakan tambahan berupa kaporit dengan dosis yang tepat atau air tersebut hendaknya direbus terlebih dahulu dengan waktu minimal 10 menit sampai mencapai titik didih 100°C (dengan ciri air tersebut terlihat muncul gelembung-gelembung udara).

Pamsimas is a government program that aims to create clean and healthy living communities, construction of clean water facilities for the 2017 Pamsimas program in Tabalong Regency, 514 users, 129 house connections. Based on the survey results, it is known that the water comes from mountain water. The complaint that is often felt by the community is when it rains where the water looks cloudier than usual. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of clean water in the Pamsimas program in terms of temperature, turbidity, pH, and MPN Coliform parameters in Tabalong Regency.
The type of research is descriptive and the research design is descriptive. This study sample was taken at three locations, namely in the nearest water source, reservoir tub, and distribution network as much as 2 repetitions with different times, namely in the morning and evening.
The temperature value in the clean water program of Pamsimas simpung layung village ranges from 27°C - 28°C. The value of turbidity in the clean water program of Pamsimas simpung layung village ranges from 0.4 – 1.5 NTU. The pH value in clean water program pamsimas simpung layung village that has been done get the results of pH examination of 7. The value of MPN Coliform in clean water program pamsimas Simpung Layung village is ranging from 2 - 34 per 100 ml of clean water. So clean water program Pamsimas Simpung Layung Village According to Permenkes No. 32 Year 2017 meets the requirements on clean water.
Efforts that can be made by people who use clean water derived from the pamsimas program should be disinfected water can first use additional chlorine with the right dose or the water should be boiled first with a minimum time of 10 minutes until it reaches the boiling point of 100 °C (with the characteristic of the water is seen to appear air bubbles).
