“PENGELOLAAN LINEN DI RUMAH SAKIT X MARABAHAN KABUPATEN BARITO KUALA”

Rumah sakit sebagai upaya pelayanan kesehatan tempat berkumpulnya orang sakit maupun orang sehat, dapat menjadi tempat penularan penyakit serta memungkinkan terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan dan gangguan kesehatan seperti infeksi nosocomial.
Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengelolaan linen di Rumah Sakit H. Abdul Aziz Marabahan Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif, desain penelitian obsevasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Populasi yaitu seluruh aktifitas kegiatan pengelolaan linen termasuk petugas yang mengelola linen berjumlah sebanyak 2 orang. Analisis data secara deskriptif menggunakan standar Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 tentang Kesehatan Lingkungan Rumah Sakit.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengelolaan linen di Rumah Sakit H. Abdul Aziz Marabahan termasuk katagori kurang, dari 5 tahapan proses pengelolaan linen hanya tahapan pengumpulan linen kotor yang termasuk dalam kategori baik sedangkan 4 tahapan lainnya yakni pengangkutan, pencucian, pengeringan, penyimpanan termasuk dalam kategori kurang. Pada komponen peralatan dan bahan termasuk dalam kategori baik, sedangkan komponen perilaku petugas termasuk dalam kategori cukup dan komponen bangunan termasuk dalam kategori kurang. Pengelolaan linen dirumah Sakit H. Abdul Aziz Marabahan termasuk dalam kategori kurang, dengan jumlah perolehan nilai sebanyak 58%.
Kepada pihak rumah sakit diharapkan dapat memperhatikan kondisi dan pengelolaan sarana penunjang linen serta menyediakan Alat Pelindung Diri yang lengkap kepada petugas.

Hospitals as an effort to provide health services where sick and healthy people gather, can become a place of transmission of disease and allow environmental pollution and health problems such as nosocomial infections.
The purpose of this research was to know the management of linen in H. Abdul Aziz Marabahan Hospital.The research was descriptive, the research design was obsevasional with cross sectional design. The research method was observation and interview. Population, namely all linen management activities including the officers who manage linen were 2 people. Descriptive data analysis used the standard of the Minister of Health Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2019 concerning Hospital Environmental Health.
The results showed that the management of linen at H. Abdul Aziz Marabahan Hospital was in the category of less, of the 5 stages of the process of managing linen only the stages of collecting dirty linen were included in the good category while the other 4 stages namely transportation, washing, drying, storage were included in the less category. The equipment and material components were included in the good category, while the officer behavior component was included in the adequate category and the building component was included in the poor category. Washing process at H. Abdul Aziz Marabahan Hospital was included in the category of inadequate, with a value of 58%.
The hospital is expected to pay attention to the condition and management of linen support facilities and provide complete personal protective equipment to the officers
