Pengaruh Lama Penyimpanan Serum Pada Suhu 2 – 8 °C Terhadap Kadar Glukosa Darah

 Pemeriksaan glukosa merupakan salah satu parameter pemeriksaan kimia klinik yang sering dilakukan di laboratorium Kimia Klinik. Hasil pemeriksaan glukosa darah  dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya yaitu suhu penyimpanan dan lama penyimpanan pada serum. Berdasarkan permenkes No. 43 tahun 2013 suhu penyimpanan serum pada suhu 2 – 8 °C dapat stabil selama 12 jam, akan tetapi tetap memiliki kemungkinan terjadinya penurunan kadar glukosa darah yang disebabkan oleh glikolisis bakteri.  Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama penyimpanan serum selama 8 jam, 16 jam dan 24 jam pada suhu 2 – 8 °C terhadap kadar glukosa darah metode enzimatik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Hematologi – Kimia Klinik Jurusan Analis Kesehatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin bulan Desember 2017 menggunakan metode penelitian Quasi Eksperiment dengan rancangan Posttest Only with Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan serum dari 6 responden yang memiliki kadar glukosa darah normal. Rata-rata hasil penelitian lama penyimpanan serum pada suhu 2 – 8 °C selama 0 Jam = 81,58 mg/dL; 8 Jam = 80,77 mg/dL; 16 Jam = 79,12 mg/dL; 24 Jam = 78,13 mg/dL. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penurunan kadar glukosa pada tiap perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa uji Regresi linier didapatkan nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari α = 0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada lama penyimpanan serum pada suhu 2 – 8 °C terhadap kadar glukosa darah. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh suhu dan lama penyimpanan serum terhadap kadar glukosa darah dengan variasi suhu dan lama penyimpanan serum yang berbeda.

ABSTRACK 
Effect of Storage Time of Serum at Temperature 2 – 8 °C on Blood Glucose

 Glucose analysis is one of clinic chemistry parameter which is frequently done in clinic chemistry laboratory. The result of blood glucose analysis can be influenced by some factors, they are temperature storing and time storing on the serum. The temperature of serum storing in the 2 – 8 °C is one of recommended storing temperature in specimen storing. Based on Permenkes No. 43.2013 storing temperature at 2 – 8 °C can be stable for 12 hours, however it tends to have decreasing of blood glucose due to bacteri glicolysis. This research is almed to know the effect of serum storing time in 8 hours, 16 hours, and 24 hours in 2 – 8 °C to the blood glucose volume based on enzimatic method. This research is usually done in hematology laboratory – chemist clinic on Analis Kesehatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin in December 2017 using method of Quasi eksperiment resarch with posttest only with control Group design. The sample of the research uses serum from 6 respondents who have normal blood glucose volume. The result of research term of storing serum in the temperature 2 – 8 °C for 0 hour = 81,58 mg/dl ; 8 hours = 80,77 mg/dl ; 16 hours = 79,12 mg/dl ; 24 hours = 78,13 mg/dl. The result of the research showed the decrease of glucose volume on each activities. Based on the result of analysis test Regresi Linier proved a bigger significant value of α = 0,05 so it can be stated that no significant effect on serum storing activity on the temperature 2 – 8 °C in blood glucose volume. For the next researcher will be able to do the research on the temperature effect and serum storing time on blood glucose volume with various temperature and different time of storing serum.
