Perbedaan Kadar Glukosa Darah pada Variasi Suhu dan Lama Penyimpanan Reagen Glukosa
Peneliti : Rizki Perdani Pembimbing : Jujuk Anton Cahyono, Wahdah Norsiah Pemeriksaan glukosa digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit diabetes mellitus. Pemeriksaan tersebut menggunakan reagen cair yang penyimpanannya pada suhu kulkas (2-8ºC). Suhu yang tidak sesuai akan merusak kandungan enzim dan mempengaruhi stabilitas reagen. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar glukosa darah pada variasi suhu dan lama penyimpanan reagen glukosa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah True Experiment dengan rancangan Posttest Only With Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian menggunakan serum kontrol dengan 3 kali replikasi. Hasil kadar glukosa pada penyimpanan suhu kulkas (4-6°C) selama 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 minggu yaitu  81,14; 81,24; 82,17; 81,28; 80,89 mg/dL, dan pada penyimpanan suhu ruang (24-25°C) yaitu 81,23; 81,98; 82,79; 81,83; 81,48 mg/dL. Berdasarkan hasil uji T Berpasangan diketahui bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada semua perlakuan suhu dan lama
penyimpanan disebabkan karena adanya zat penstabil di dalam reagen glukosa. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian lebih dari 4 minggu.

The Differences of Blood Glucose Level on Variations Temperature and Storage Time of Glucose Reagent

Glucose examination used to diagnose diabetes mellitus. The examination used liquid reagents and stored at refrigerator temperature (2-8°C). An unsuitable temperature will affect the stability and damage the enzyme of the reagent. The purpose of this study know the difference of blood glucose level on temperatures variation and storage times of glucose reagent. The method of this study was True Experiment with Posttest Only With Control Group Design. The sample that used to is control serum with 3 replication. The results of glucose levels on refrigerator temperature (4-6°C) for 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks is 81.14; 81.24; 82,17; 81.28; 80,89 mg/dL, and at room temperature storage (24-25°C) that is 81,23; 81.98; 82,79; 81.83; 81.48 mg/dL. Based on the result of Paired T test it is known that there were no significant difference in all treatments of temperature and storagetime, because there was a stabilizer in the glucose reagent. For the next researcher it  is suggested to do the research more than 4 weeks. Keywords: storage
