Pengaruh Kadar Trigliserida terhadap Hasil Pemeriksaan Hemoglobin Metode Automatik

Trigliserida merupakan faktor utama dari peningkatan konsentrasi lipoprotein yang menyebabkan kekeruhan (lipemik). Lipemik dapat mengganggu tes yang menggunakan transmisi cahaya sebagai bagian dari sistem pengukurannya. Salah satu pemeriksaan secara fotokolorimetri adalah pemeriksaan kadar Hemoglobin. Kekeruhan suatu sampel darah mengganggu pembacaan fotokolorimetri menghasilkan absorbansi yang lebih tinggi dari sebenarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kadar trigliserida terhadap hasil pemeriksaan hemoglobin metode automatik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan Postest Only Design. Sampel penelitian ini diambil secara purposive sampling pada pasien dengan kadar trigliserida <150 mg/dL sebanyak 9 orang, 150-300 mg/dL  sebanyak 9 orang, serta kadar trigliserida >300 sebanyak 9 orang. Hasil rerata peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada pasien dengan kadar trigliserida <150 mg/dL sebesar 0,06 gr/dL, kadar trigliserida 150300 mg/dL sebesar 0,1 gr/dL dan trigliserida >300 mg/dL sebesar 0,5 gr/dL. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh kadar trigliserida terhadap hasil pemeriksaan hemoglobin metode automatik. Disarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar meneliti kadar trigliserida terhadap tingkat kekeruhan suatu sampel pemeriksaan.

ABSTRACT 
Effect of Triglyceride Level on Hemoglobin Examination Result of Automatic Method

Triglycerides are a major factor in increasing the concentration of lipoproteins that cause turbidity (lipemic). Lipemics can interfere with tests that use light transmission as part of the measurement system. One of the examination by photocolorimetric is examination of hemoglobin levels. Turbidity of a blood sample interferes with the photocolorimetric reading that yielding in a higher absorbance than is true. This study aims to determine the effect of triglyceride levels on the results of hemoglobin examination of automatic methods. This type of research is a quasi experiment with the design of Postest Only Design. The sample of this study was taken by purposive sampling in patients with triglyceride levels <150 mg/dL of 9 people, 150-300 mg/dL of 9 people, and triglyceride levels >300 as many as 9 people. The mean rate of elevated hemoglobin levels in patients with triglyceride levels <150 mg/dL was 0.06 gr/dL, triglyceride levels 150-300 mg/dL of 0.1 gr/dL and triglycerides >300 mg / dL at 0,5 gr/dL. The result of statistical test shows that there is no effect of triglyceride level on the result of hemoglobin examination of automatic method. It is recommended for further research to examine triglyceride levels on the turbidity level of a sample examination. Keywords: Hemoglobin, Triglycerides, Automatic Methods</note>
