KEMENKES REPUBLIK INDONESIA POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN BANJARMASIN PROGRAM STUDI KEPERAWATAN PROGRAM SARJANA TERAPAN TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Skripsi AMINULAH PENGARUH PERSEPSI KELUARGA PASIEN TENTANG KOMUNIKASI TERAPEUTIK PERAWAT TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN KELUARGA PASIEN YANG DI RAWAT DI RUANG INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (ICU) RSUD SULTAN SURIANSYAH BANJARMASIN (Akhmad Rizani, Mahdalena, Andi Parellagi) (xvii + 129 halaman; 13 tabel; 5 Gambar: 16 Lampiran ) Perawatan pasien di ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU) sering menimbulkan kecemasan tinggi pada keluarga akibat kondisi pasien yang kritis dan terbatasnya interaksi langsung. Komunikasi terapeutik yang efektif dari perawat dapat membantu mengurangi kecemasan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi keluarga tentang komunikasi terapeutik perawat terhadap tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien di ICU RSUD Sultan Suriansyah Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 33 responden diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling dari total populasi 123 orang, dengan perhitungan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin (presisi 15%). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi keluarga tentang komunikasi terapeutik berada pada kategori cukup (51,5%) dan tingkat kecemasan keluarga juga berada pada kategori sedang (51,5%). Hasil uji regresi logistik biner sederhana menunjukkan nilai Nagelkerke R Square sebesar 0,635, yang berarti persepsi keluarga berpengaruh sebesar 63,5% terhadap kecemasan. Effective therapeutic communication from nurses can help reduce this anxiety. This study aims to determine the effect of family perceptions about nurses' therapeutic communication on the level of anxiety of patient families in the ICU of Sultan Suriansyah Hospital, Banjarmasin. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. A sample of 33 respondents was obtained through purposive sampling techniques from a total population of 123 people, with the calculation of the number of samples based on the Slovin formula (15% precision). The results show that family perceptions of therapeutic communication are in the sufficient category (51.5%) and the level of family anxiety is also in the moderate category (51.5%). The results of the simple binary logistic regression test showed a Nagelkerke R Square value of 0.635, which means that family perceptions have a 63.5% effect on anxiety.
