ABSTRAK GAMBARAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN PADA PASIEN STROKE ISKEMIK DI RSUD RATU ZALECHA MARTAPURA TAHUN 2024 Peneliti: Dhea Fajerina Al Amin Pembimbing: Survei Muhlisin, Neni Oktiyani Stroke iskemik merupakan kondisi sumbatan trombosis aliran darah ke otak karena proses pembentukan plak arteri. Penurunan kadar Hemoglobin (Hb atau HGB) yang merupakan protein yang mengikat besi (Fe2+) sebagai komponen utama dalam eritrosit dengan fungsi transportasi O2, dan CO2 dapat terganggu jika terjadi penyumbatam aliran darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar hemoglobin pada pasien stroke iskemik di RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi 17 pasien dan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah 17 pasien. Sampel darah vena dilakukan pemeriksaan darah lengkap dengan metode otomatis menggunakan Hematology Analyzer pada 17 orang pasien stroke iskemik yang dirawat di ruangan Ar- Raudah. Didapatkan hasil kadar hemoglobin pada pasien stroke iskemik yaitu 11,7 g/dl – 18,7 g/dl pada subjek penelitian perempuan dan 7,9 g/dl – 17,4 g/dl pada subjek penelitian laki-laki. Kesimpulan didapatkan hasil kadar hemoglobin normal 8 (47%), diatas normal 1 (6%) dan dibawah normal 8 (47%). Saran penelitian selanjutnya untuk melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap pasien stroke iskemik yang belum mendapatkan pengobatan dan yang telah mendapatkan pengobatan, penelitian bisa dilakukan di intalasi stroke center di Rumah Sakit. This study aims to determine hemoglobin levels in ischemic stroke patients at Ratu Zalecha Regional Hospital, Martapura. This research uses a descriptive survey method with a cross sectional approach. The population was 17 patients and sampling was taken using a total sampling technique with a total of 17 patients. Venous blood samples were carried out for complete blood tests using an automatic method using a Hematology Analyzer on 17 ischemic stroke patients who were treated in the Ar-Raudah room. The results obtained by hemoglobin levels in ischemic stroke patients were 11.7 g/dl – 18.7 g/dl in female research subjects and 7.9 g/dl – 17.4 g/dl in male research subjects. The conclusion was that the hemoglobin levels were normal 8 (47%), above normal 1 (6%) and below normal 8 (47%). Suggestions for further research are to carry out examinations of ischemic stroke patients who have not received treatment and those who have received treatment.
