KEMENTERIAN KESEHATAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN BANJARMASIN PROGRAM STUDI KEPERAWATAN PROGRAM DIPLOMA TIGA TAHUN 2024 ABSTRAK Karya Tulis Ilmiah RAHINA AGUSTIN MAULIDA PENERAPAN SENAM KAKI DIABETIK PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 DENGAN MASALAH PERFUSI PERIFER TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RSD IDAMAN BANJARBARU Akhmad Rizani dan Ainun Sajidah xvii + 126 halaman ; 13 tabel ; 16 gambar ; 9 lampiran Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan kondisi yang terjadi ketika glukosa di dalam darah memiliki jumlah yang tinggi. International Diabetes Federation mengungkapkan DM tipe 2 menjadi penyumbang terbesar dengan persentase sebesar 90% dari total kejadian DM yang ada. DM tipe 2 dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah keperawatan salah satunya perfusi perifer tidak efektif. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan implementasi senam kaki diabetik. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 dengan masalah perfusi perifer tidak efektif menggunakan implementasi senam kaki diabetik di RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus menggunakan proses keperawatan dari pengkajian hingga evaluasi. Subjek studi kasus ini adalah 2 orang pasien dengan diagnosa medis Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 di RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Setelah dilakukan senam kaki diabetik selama 3 hari dengan durasi 15-20 menit, didapatkan hasil peningkatan nilai Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) yang merupakan salah satu data objektif dari perfusi perifer tidak efektif. Peningkatan nilai tersebut yaitu Ny. I dari 0,765 menjadi 1,00 dan Ny. E dari 0,46 menjadi 0,70. Senam kaki diabetik dapat membantu mengurangi masalah keperawatan perfusi perifer tidak efektif dengan meningkatkan nilai Ankle Brachial Index (ABI). Disarankan untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan media selain koran untuk menjadi bahan perbandingan. International Diabetes Federation revealed that type 2 of DM is the most common DM cases with a percentage of 90%. Type 2 of DM can cause various nursing problems for example ineffective peripheral perfusion. Implementation of Diabetic foot exercises can be chosen to overcome that problem. This case study aimed to explore nursing care for Type 2 of DM patients with ineffective peripheral perfusion using the implementation of diabetic foot exercises at RSD Idaman Banjarbaru. This scientific paper used descriptive method with a case study approach using nursing process from assessment to evaluation. The number of subject used in this case study included 2 patients with Type 2 DM as their medical diagnose. After carrying out diabetic foot exercises for 3 days with a duration of 15- 20 minutes, the results of the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value, which is one of the objective data for ineffective peripheral perfusion problems, has increased. The increase in value was that Mrs. I from 0.765 to 1.00 and Mrs. E from 0.46 to 0.70. Diabetic foot exercises could help to reduce the ineffective peripheral perfusion by increasing the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value. The author recommend for someone who want to do same research by using diabetic foot exercises to chose different one media with newspapers for comparision.
