Pembimbing (1) Akhmad Rizani, S.Kp, M.Kes (2) Bisepta Prayogi, S.kep, M.Kes xvi + 52 halaman; 12 tabel; 2 gambar; 14 lampiran Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Berdasarkan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan mencatat 2.958 kasus penyakit stroke sepanjang tahun 2021. Kasus penyakit stroke paling tinggi ditemukan di wilayah Kota Banjarmasin dengan jumlah pasien stroke kasus lama dan baru sebanyak 938 kasus, kedua Kabupaten Tabalong sebanyak 681 kasus, dan ketiga Kabupaten Tanah Laut sebanyak 351 kasus (Diskominfo). Mengetahui pengaruh terapi slow stroke back massage terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien post stroke di wilayah kerja puskesmas martapura 1. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pre eksperimental design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 10 pasien post stroke non hemoragik yang menjalani rawat jalan di Wilahyah Kerja Puskesmas Martapura 1. Hasil statistik dalam penelitian ini menunjukan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.005 (p < 0.05) yang dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh Terapi Slow Stroke Back Massage Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Post Stroke Di Wilayah Kerja Puskemas Martapura 1 dari hari pertama sampai dengan hari ketiga. The statistical results in this study show the Sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.005 (p < 0.05) which can be concluded that there is an influence of Slow Stroke Back Massage Therapy on Reducing Blood Pressure in Post-Stroke Patients in the Martapura Community Health Center Work Area 1 from the first day to the third day. The conclusion of the research is that there is an effect of slow stroke back massage therapy on reducing blood pressure in post-stroke patients in the working area of Martapura 1 Community Health Center. It is hoped that slow stroke back massage therapy will be a better alternative because it can lower blood pressure.
