Perbedaan Nilai Immature Granulosit Pada Pasien
Penyakit Infeksi Dengan Leukositosis di RSUD H. Abdul Aziz Marabahan
 Peneliti : Dessy Indah Kusumawati
Pembimbing : Ahmad Muhlisin, Nurlailah
1(leukosit 11.000-20.000 sel/µl) 15.431 sel/µl, kelompok 2 (leukosit 20.000-30.000
sel/µl) 24.127 sel/µl, kelompok 3 (leukosit >30.000 sel/µl) 38.218 sel/µl. Nilai
keparahan penyakitnya.

ABSTRACT
Differences in Immature Granulocyte Value in Patients
Infectious Diseases with Leukocytosis at H. Abdul Aziz Marabahan Hospital

Leukocytosis or an increase number of leukocytes is a sign of the body's
immune response to infection. More than normal immature granulocytes indicate
leukopoiesis and make it the earliest indicator of bone marrow stimulation by
infection. The aims of this research to determine differences in immature
granulocyte values in infectious disease patients with leukocytosis at H. Abdul Aziz
Marabahan Hospital. This research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional
design. The number of samples in this study was 30 outpatient and inpatient
respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and then had their
leukocyte and immature granulocyte counts checked. The average number of
leukocytes in patients with infectious diseases with leukocytosis who were grouped
showed the results of group 1 (leukocytes 11,000-20,000 cells/µl) leukocytes
15,431 cells/µl, group 2 (leukocytes 20,000-30,000 cells/µl) leukocytes 24,127
cells/µl, group 3 (leukocytes >30,000 cells/µl) leukocytes 38,218 cells/µl. Based on
the results of the Friedman test in the 3 leukocytosis groups, it was found (p=0.202).
The conclusion of this study that there is no difference in immature granulocyte
values in infectious disease patients between groups 1, 2 and 3. Future researchers
can carry out research on immature granulocytes in patients with non-infectious
diseases or infectious diseases whose type of infectious disease and the severity of
the disease have been determined.
