Pemeriksaan glukosa darah dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa metode. 
Metode GOD PAP merupakan metode yang paling sering digunakan di Indonesia. 
Metode GOD PAP menggunakan spektrofotometer dapat dijadikan rujukan untuk 
pemeriksaan glukosa darah. Metode GOD PAP sudah terstandarisasi dengan baik 
sehingga memiliki ketelitian dan akurasi yang baik, namun metode ini 
memerlukan jumlah sampel yang banyak dan waktu pemeriksaan yang lama. 
Alternatif pemeriksaan glukosa darah cepat, mudah dan memerlukan sedikit 
sampel ialah dengan POCT. Berdasarkan enzim yang digunakan, POCT terbagi 2 
yaitu POCT (Oksidase) dan POCT (Dehidrogenase). Pemeriksaan glukosa darah 
dengan POCT belum terstandarisasi dengan baik sehingga hasil glukosa darah 
POCT perlu dibandingkan secara berkala dengan metode rujukan. Penelitian ini 
bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil glukosa darah POCT (Oksidase), 
POCT (Dehidrogenase) dan GOD PAP. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium 
RSUD Datu Sanggul Rantau pada bulan Juli 2022. Jenis penelitian observasi 
analitik dengan rancangan studi komparatif. Sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 30 
dan diambil secara purposive sampling. Hasil glukosa darah POCT (Oksidase)
adalah 72-111 mg/dl dengan rata-rata 95,87 mg/dl, hasil glukosa darah POCT 
(Dehidrogenase) adalah 79 – 115 mg/dl dengan rata-rata 101,97 mg/dl dan hasil 
glukosa darah GOD PAP adalah 75 – 114 mg/dl dengan rata-rata 99,53 mg/dl. 
Berdasarkan hasil Uji Repeated Anova didapatkan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yang 
berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara POCT 
(Oksidase), POCT (Dehidrogenase) dan GOD PAP (metode rujukan), sehingga 
dalam penggunaan POCT sangat penting untuk selalu memperhatikan petunjuk 
dari kit insert masing-masing alat dan secara rutin melakukan kalibrasi, kontrol 
dan membandingkan hasil POCT dengan metode rujukan (spektrofotometer). 
Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada kadar glukosa darah normal sehingga perlu 
penelitian lebih lanjut untuk kadar glukosa darah yang rendah atau tinggi.

COMPARISON OF RESULTS OF POCT (Oxidase) BLOOD GLUCOSE WITH 
POCT (Dehydrogenase) AGAINST SPECTROPHOTOMETER IN 
LABORATARIUM OF DATU SANGGUL RANTAU HOSPITAL

Checking blood glucose can be done by several methods. The GOD PAP 
method is the most frequently used method in Indonesia. The GOD PAP method 
using a spectrophotometer can be used as a reference for blood glucose 
examination. The GOD PAP method is well standardized so it has good precision 
and accuracy, but this method requires a large number of samples and a long 
inspection time. An alternative to checking blood glucose quickly, easily and 
requiring a small sample is POCT. Based on the enzymes used, POCT is divided 
into 2, namely POCT (Oxidase) and POCT (Dehydrogenase). Examination of blood 
glucose by POCT has not been well standardized so that POCT blood glucose 
results need to be compared periodically with the reference method. This study aims 
to compare the blood glucose results of POCT (Oxidase), POCT (Dehydrogenase) 
and GOD PAP. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Datu Sanggul 
Rantau Hospital in July 2022. This type of research is analytic observation with a 
comparative study design. The sample in this study was 30 and taken by purposive 
sampling. POCT (Oxidase) blood glucose results were 72-111 mg/dl with an 
average of 95.87 mg/dl, POCT (Dehydrogenase) blood glucose results were 79 –
115 mg/dl with an average of 101.97 mg/dl and GOD PAP blood glucose results 
were 75 – 114 mg/dl with an average of 99.53 mg/dl. Based on the results of the 
Repeated Anova Test, a significance value of <0.05 was obtained, which means 
that it can be concluded that there are significant differences between POCT 
(Oxidase), POCT (Dehydrogenase) and GOD PAP (reference method), so that 
when using POCT it is very important to always pay attention to the instructions 
from the insert kit for each tool and carefully. Routinely calibrate, control and 
compare POCT results with the reference method (spectrophotometer). This study 
was only conducted at normal blood glucose levels, so further research is needed 
for low or high blood glucose levels.
