ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI RS.BHAYANGKARA TK. III BANJARMASIN Penulis: Endang Widiastuti Pembimbing: Erfan Roebiakto, Anny Thuraidah Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan salah satu upaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di lingkungan kerja yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup serta meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) merupakan obyek penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang dapat membawa hubungan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian survey analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 59 orang dan sampel di ambil secara "Total Sampling" Sebanyak 59 Responden. Hasil penelitian karakteristik responden dilihat dari jenis kelamin laki laki 22 orang (37%) dan perempuan 37 orang (63%). Umur responden 21 Tahun – 30 Tahun 43 orang (73%),31 Tahun – 40 Tahun 13 orang (22%), 41 Tahun – 50 Tahun 3 Orang(5%). Tingkat pendidikan responden SMA Sederajat 8 orang (14%), Diploma 35 Orang (59%), Sarjana 16 Oranag (27%). Masa kerja responden Kurang Dari 1 Tahun 6 orang (10%), 1 Tahun - 5 Tahun 38 orang (64%), 6 Tahun - 10 Tahun 12 orang (20%), Diatas 10 Tahun 3 orang (5%). Penerapan Keselamatan kerja 58 orang (98%) baik, 1 orang (2%) Tidak Baik. Penerapan Kesehatan Kerja 55 orang (93%) baik, 4 orang (7%) tidak baik. Kinerja karyawan 58 orang (98%) baik, 1 orang (2%) Tidak Baik. Dari hasil uji statistik dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara keselamatan kerja terhadap kesehatan kerja dengan nilai ρ > α (0,06 > 0,05) tetapi terdapat hubungan antara keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai ρ < α (0,034 < 0,05) dan terdapat hubungan antara kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai ρ < α (0,004 < 0,05).
