ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPATUHAN DAN LAMA KONSUMSI OBAT ANTI TUBERKULOSIS DENGAN PROFIL HEMATOLOGI PADA PENDERITA TB PARU Peneliti: Ria Lestari Pembimbing: Ahmad Muhlisin, Aima Insana Penyakit Tuberkulosis menjadi 10 penyebab kematian tertinggi di dunia. Kalimantan Selatan menempati posisi ke 14 di Indonesia. Kabupaten Banjar pada tahun 2021 menempati urutan ke 5 se-Kalimantan Selatan dengan kasus kekambuhan sebanyak 8 kasus.Tuberkulosis dapat menyebabkan kelainan hematologis, baik disebabkan oleh kuman penyebab tuberkulosis atau karena minum Obat Anti Tuberkulosis. Kepatuhan minum Obat Anti Tuberkulosis dipengaruhi oleh faktor predisposisi, pendukung, dan penguat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepatuhan dan lama konsumsi Obat Anti Tuberkulosis dengan hemoglobin dan trombosit pada penderita tuberkulosis paru. Jenis penelitiannya survey analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasinya seluruh penderita Tuberkulosis di wilayah Puskesmas Karang Intan 1 dan Martapura 1 berumur 15-60 tahun dengan pengobatan 2-6 bulan menggunakan darah vena penderita tuberculosis. Didapatkan hasil penelitian terhadap 20 subyek penelitian, lama konsumsi Obat Anti Tuberkulosis paling banyak pengobatan 2 bulan sebesar 45 %, tingkat kepatuhan paling banyak sangat patuh sebesar 75%, sedangkan untuk pemeriksaan hemoglobin dan trombosit menggunakan alat Hematology Analyzer dengan kadar hemoglobin ≥12g/dl sebesar 65% dan trombosit hasilnya bervariasi tetapi semua kadar normal. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik pada hubungan lama konsumsi Obat Anti Tuberkulosis dengan kadar hemoglobin menunjukkan niai sig 0,287 menggunakan nilai alfa 0,05 maka nilai sig >0,05, hubungan lama konsumsi Obat Anti Tuberkulosis dengan kadar trombosit nilai sig 0,531, hubungan kepatuhan dengan kadar hemoglobin nilai sig 0,481, dan hubungan kepatuhan dengan kadar trombosit nilai sig 0,599, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna dari kepatuhan dan lama konsumsi Obat Anti Tuberkulosis dengan kadar hemoglobin dan trombosit. Penelitian ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan Hematologi yang lebih lengkap dan pemeriksaan yang berhubungan dengan faal ginjal. South Kalimantan occupies the 14th position in Indonesia. Banjar Districts in 2021 ranks 5th in South Kalimantan with 8 cases of recurrence. Tuberculosis can cause haematological abnormalities, either caused by germs that cause tuberculosis or due to taking antituberculosis drugs. Compliance with taking anti-tuberculosis drugs is influenced by predisposing, supporting, and reinforcing factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between adherence and duration of consumption of antituberculosis drugs with hemoglobin and platelets in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population is all tuberculosis sufferers in the Karang Intan 1 and Martapura 1 Health Centers aged 15-60 years with 2-6 months of treatment using venous blood of tuberculosis sufferers. The results obtained from a study of 20 research subjects, the longest consumption of Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs was 2 months at most by 45%, the most adherence level was very adherent by 75%, while for hemoglobin and platelet examination using a Hematology Analyzer with hemoglobin levels ≥12g/dl of 65% and platelets varied but all levels were normal. Based on the results of statistical tests on the relationship between duration of consumption of antituberculosis drugs and hemoglobin levels, it shows a sig value of 0.287 using an alpha value of 0.05, so the sig value is > 0.05, the relationship between duration of consumption of anti-tuberculosis drugs and platelet levels is sig value 0.531, the relationship between adherence and hemoglobin levels sig value of 0.481, and the relationship between adherence and platelet levels sig value of 0.599, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between adherence and duration of consumption of anti-tuberculosis drugs with hemoglobin and platelet levels. This research can be continued with a more complete hematological examination and examination related to kidney function.
