PERBANDINGAN TES CEPAT MOLEKULER XPERT MTB/RIF DENGAN UJI MIKROSKOPIS BTA DALAM MENDIAGNOSIS TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI PUSKESMAS LANDASAN ULIN TIMUR KOTA BANJARBARU TAHUN 2022 Peneliti: Wahyuna Nisa Pembimbing: Ratih Dewi Dwiyanti, H. Akhmad Muntaha Abstrak Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia, salah satu prioritas dalam penanggulangan TB di Indonesia adalah mampu mendeteksi kasus TB secara dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbandingan Tes Cepat Molekuler (TCM) Xpert MTB/RIF dengan uji mikroskopis BTA dalam mendiagnosis tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Landasan Ulin Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah suspek TB yang datang berobat sebanyak 10 orang dan yang dirujuk sebanyak 92 orang ke Puskesmas Landasan Ulin Timur sejak tanggal 09 Agustus 2022 hingga 09 September 2022. Sampel suspek TB yang berupa dahak, liur dan bercak darah dilakukan pemeriksaan dengan Xpert MTB/RIF dan mikroskopis BTA. Hasil pemeriksaan dengan Xpert MTB/RIF dari 102 sampel terduga TB terdapat TB positif sebanyak 21 sampel (20,5%). Hasil pemeriksaan dengan mikroskopis BTA dari 102 sampel terduga TB terdapat TB positif sebanyak 13 sampel (12,7%). Analisis data menggunakan uji paired T test menunjukkan P (0,001) < ɑ (0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil pemeriksaan M.tuberculosis dengan metode Xpert MTB/RIF dibanding uji mikroskopis BTA dalam mendiagnosis tuberkulosis paru. Pemeriksaan TB sebaiknya menggunakan metode Xpert MTB/RIF karena lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan metode mikroskopis BTA terutama dalam mendeteksi resistensi terhadap rifampisin sehingga pengobatan bisa dilakukan dengan cepat. The purpose of this study was to compare the Xpert MTB/RIF Molecular Rapid Test (TCM) with the BTA microscopic test in diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis at the East Ulin Foundation Health Center. This research is a cross sectional analytic research. The study population was TB suspects who came for treatment as many as 10 people and as many as 92 people who were referred to the East Ulin Foundation Health Center from August 9, 2022 to September 9, 2022. Samples of TB suspects in the form of sputum, saliva and blood spots were examined with Xpert MTB/RIF and AFB microscopy. The results of Xpert MTB/RIF examination of 102 samples of suspected TB found positive TB in 21 samples (20.5%). The results of smear microscopic examination of 102 samples of suspected TB showed positive TB in 13 samples (12.7%). Data analysis using paired T test showed P (0.001) < ɑ (0.05). The conclusion of the study was that there was a significant difference in the results of M.tuberculosis examination using the Xpert MTB/RIF method compared to the AFB microscopic test in diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis. TB examination should use the Xpert MTB/RIF method because it is more accurate than the AFB microscopic method, especially in detecting resistance to rifampicin so that treatment can be carried out quickly.
