ABSTRAK Hubungan Kadar Hormon Ft4 Dan Tsh Pada Pasien Hipertiroid Di Poli Rawat Jalan Rsud. Brigjend. H. Hasan Basry Kandangan Penulis : Muhammad Rusbandi Thabit Pembimbing : Tini Elyn Herlina, Erfan Roebiakto Berdasarkan data Riskesdas (2013) hipertiroid di Indonesia menunjukkan angka sebesar 0,4%. Hipertiroidisme adalah suatu kondisi klinis (tirotoksikosis) yang diakibatkan adanya peningkatan konsentrasi hormon tiroid dalam jaringan dan disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti penyakit Grave’s, gondok multinodular, dan adenoma toksik. Fungsi tiroid dapat dilihat dari beberapa parameter, beberapa diantaranya yaitu kadar hormon TSH dan kadar free thyroxine (FT4). Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar hormon FT4 dan TSH pada pasien hipertiroid di Poli Rawat Jalan RSUD. Brigjend. H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. Jenis dan rancangan penelitian ini yaitu survei analitik cross-sectional, dari populasi 157 orang didapat 82 responden yang sesuai cara pengambilan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata kadar FT4 responden sebesar 3,19 ng/dl dan rata-rata kadar TSH 0,249 μlU/mL dengan mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan (57%) dan kelompok umur < 40 tahun (84%). Analisa data didapatkan p value = 0,000 dengan koefiensi korelasi sebesar - 0.261 dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang moderat antara kadar Free Thyroxine (FT4) dan Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) dengan arah korelasi negatif yang memiliki makna berlawanan. Diharapkan dilakukan penelitian lanjutan mengenai hipertiroid, hipotiroid dan lainnya termasuk status klinisnya serta pengukuran tes fungsi tiroid secara menyeluruh. Thyroid function can be seen from several parameters, some of which are TSH hormone levels and free thyroxine (FT4) levels. This study aims to determine the relationship between FT4 and TSH hormone levels in hyperthyroid patients at the Outpatient Poly of RSUD Brigjend. H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. The type and design of this study is a cross-sectional analytical survey, from a population of 157 people, 82 respondents were obtained according to the way purposive sampling was taken.. The results showed that the average respondent's FT4 level was 3.19 ng/dl and the average TSH level was 0.249 µlU/mL with the majority of them are female (57%) and at the age group <40 years (84%). Data analysis obtained p value = 0.000 with a correlation coefficient of -0.261* and it can be concluded that there is a moderate relationship between levels of Free Thyroxine (FT4) and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) with a negative correlation direction which has the opposite meaning.
