Nyamuk Aedes Spp merupakan spesies nyamuk tropis dan subtropis yang merupakan vector penular virus dengue kepada manusia melalui gigitannya, dengan itu perlu adanya upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian alternatif yang ramah lingkungan menggunakan larvasida nabati yaitu larutan biji buah pepaya (Carica papaya lin) dan biji buah alpukat (Persea Americana mil). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menegetahui efektivitas biji buah pepaya (Carica papaya lin) dan biji buah alpukat (Persea americana mill) pada kematian larva Aedes spp.
Jenis penelitian ini Post-Tes Only Group Design. Populasi adalah larva instar III Aedes spp. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 1.200 ekor larva Aedes spp pada masing- masing larutan biji buah pepaya dan biji buah alpukat dengan variasi 6 dosis yaitu 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% dan 10%.
Analisis uji beda kadar konsentrasi larutan biji buah pepaya dan biji buah alpukat dengan uji Kurskal-Wallis dengan nilai Asymp.Sig sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05) ada pengaruh efektivitas larutan biji buah pepaya dan biji buah alpukat ,kemudian di lanjutkan ke mann whitney tes menunjukkan ada perbedaan semua konsentrasi maka semakin tinggi konsentrasi semakin banyak yang mati pada larva. Selanjutnya hasil uji Friedman test nilai Asymp.Sig sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05) bahwa “HO di tolak” dikatakan ada perbedaan efektivitas larutan biji buah pepaya dan biji buah alpukat terhadap kematian larva Aedes spp.
Larutan biji buah buah pepaya (Carica papaya lin) dan biji buah alpukat (Persea americana mill) bahwa efektif untuk larvasida Aedes spp dan perlu adanya penelitian lanjutan dilakukan beberapa kali penyaringan untuk mengurangi kepekatan warna yang di hasilkan.

Mosquito Aedes Sp is species mosquito tropical and subtropical regions which are vectors for transmitting the dengue virus to man through the bite , with that need existence effort prevention and control friendly alternative _ environment use larvicide vegetable that is solution seed fruit papaya (Carica papaya lin) and seeds fruit avocado (Persea americana mill). Objective study this is find out effectiveness seed fruit papaya (Carica papaya lin) and seeds fruit avocado (Persea americana mill) on larval mortality of Aedes spp.
Type study This is Post- Test Only Group Design. Population is the third instar larvae of Aedes spp. Sample used _ namely 1,200 larvae of Aedes spp on each solution seed fruit papaya and seeds fruit avocado with variation 6 doses that is 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10%.
Different test analysis rate concentration solution seed fruit papaya and seeds fruit avocado with Kurskal -Wallis test with mark Asymp.Sig of 0.000 < (0.05) there is influence effectiveness solution seed fruit papaya and seeds fruit avocado, then continue to man whitney test show there is difference all concentration so the more tall concentration the more many die on the larvae. Next Friedman test results value Asymp.Sig of 0.000 < (0.05) that "HO is rejected " is said there is difference effectiveness solution seed fruit papaya and seeds fruit avocado to larval death of Aedes spp.
Solution seed fruit papaya (Carica papaya lin) and seeds fruit Avocado (Persea americana mill) that effective for larvicide Aedes spp and need existence study advanced done multiple filtering _ for reduce density the resulting color .
