ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU DENGAN RESPON ANTIBODI ANTI-HBs PASCA VAKSINASI HEPATITIS B PADA PETUGAS KESEHATAN Peneliti : Norhafizah Mulia Sari Pembimbing : Wahdah Norsiah, Dinna Rakhmina Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 53 Tahun 2015 petugas kesehatan merupakan kelompok berisiko tinggi terinfeksi Hepatitis B. Vaksinasi cara paling efektif untuk mengurangi faktor risiko tersebut. Faktor yang dihubungkan dengan tidak adanya respon imun pasca vaksinasi Hepatitis B yaitu usia (diatas 40 tahun), pria, obesitas, merokok dan penyakit kronis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik individu dengan respon antibodi anti-HBs pasca vaksinasi Hepatitis B pada petugas kesehatan ditinjau dari usia, jenis kelamin, indeks massa tubuh (IMT), merokok, dan riwayat penyakit. Penelitian ini bersifat survey analitik dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah petugas kesehatan yang sudah vaksinasi Hepatitis B di Puskesmas Kabupaten Banjar dan sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 30 petugas kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik responden usia 17-25 tahun (10%), 26-45 tahun (73%), 46-65 tahun (17%), pria (30%), wanita (70%), non obesitas (50%), obesitas (50%), tidak merokok (87%), merokok <10 batang/hari (3%), 10-20 batang/hari (10%), tidak ada riwayat penyakit (50%), 1 riwayat penyakit (40%), 2 riwayat penyakit (7%), 3 riwayat penyakit (3%) dan respon antibodi anti-HBs pasca vaksinasi hepatitis B 19 responden (63%) respon kuat dan 11 responden (37%) respon lemah. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara respon antibodi anti-HBs pasca vaksinasi dengan usia, indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dan riwayat penyakit, sedangkan jenis kelamin dan merokok ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan respon antibodi anti-HBs pasca vaksinasi. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengamati gen yang menyebabkan respon lemah terhadap pembentukan antibodi pasca vaksinasi. Vaccination is the most effective way to reduce these risk factors. Factors associated with the absence of an immune response after hepatitis B vaccination were age (over 40 years), male, obesity, smoking, and chronic disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between individual characteristics and anti-HBs antibody response after hepatitis B vaccination on health workers in terms of age, gender, body mass index (BMI), smoking status, and disease history. This research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The study population was health workers who had been vaccinated against Hepatitis B at the Banjar District Health Center and samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique as 30 health workers. The results showed the characteristics of respondents aged 17-25 years (10%), 26-45 years (73%), 46-65 years (17%), men (30%), women (70%), not obesity (50% ), obesity (50%), not smoking (87%), smoking 10 cigarettes/day (3%), 10-20 cigarettes/day (10%), no history of disease (50%), 1 history of disease (40 %), 2 medical history (7%), 3 medical history (3%) and the response to anti-HBs antibodies after Hepatitis B vaccination was 19 people (63%) with a strong response and 11 people (37%) with a weak response. The Conclusion in this research that there is no significant correlation between anti-HBs antibody response after vaccination with age, body mass index (BMI), and disease history, while of gender and smoking, there was a significant correlation with anti-HBs antibody response after vaccination. Suggestions for further researchers to observe genes that cause a weak response to antibody formation after vaccination. Keywords: vaccination, anti-HBs, health workers
