ABSTRAK Skripsi PATMAH LITERATURE REVIEW FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PNEUMONIA ASPIRASI PADA PASIEN STROKE DENGAN DISFAGIA (Evi Risa Mariana, Endang Sri P.N) xv + 39 halaman ; 3 tabel ; 1 gambar + 3 lampiran Penyakit stroke rentan akan komplikasi menjadi penyebab terbesar prevalensi kematian disuatu negara. Sekitar 60% penderita stroke berisiko tinggi mengalami komplikasi seperti disfagia dan pneumonia aspirasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam lagi faktor yang mempengaruhi pneumonia aspirasi pada pasien stroke dengan disfagia melalui literatur. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur dengan menggunakan JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute) Critical Appraisal Checklist. Di dapatkan 5 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria dari 3 database yaitu ScienceDirect, PubMed, dan Google Scholar. Berdasarkan dari 5 artikel, didapatkan hasil analisis yaitu 3 faktor yang mempengaruhi. Pertama, faktor komorbiditas; infark miokard, gagal jantung kongestif, penyakit pembuluh darah perifer dan aneuris, stroke iskemik, demensia, penyakit paru obstruktif kronis, DM dengan kerusakan organ, dan tumor padat metastatik. Kedua, faktor jenis stroke iskemik (infark serebral dan leukoaraiosis (materi putih)), dan ketiga faktor pemasangan alat medis khususnya nasogastric tube dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian literatur ini dapat lebih meningkatkan caring, pengetahuan tentang stroke yang berhubungan dengan pneumonia aspirasi dan disfagia oleh perawat yang di fasilitasi oleh institusi pelayanan dan dipersiapkan oleh institusi pendidikan serta dari keluarga sebagai support system pasien. Approximately 60% of stroke patients are at high risk of complications such as dysphagia and aspiration pneumonia. The purpose of this study was to find out more deeply the factors that influence aspiration pneumonia in stroke patients with dysphagia through the literature. This research is a literature study using the JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute) Critical Appraisal Checklist, in which 5 articles meet the criteria from 3 databases, namely ScienceDirect, PubMed, and Google Scholar. Based on the 5 articles, the results of the analysis are 3 influencing factors. First, comorbid factors; myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, peripheral vascular and aneurysm disease, ischemic stroke, dementia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, DM with organ damage, and metastatic solid tumors. Second, the type of ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction and leukoaraiosis (white matter)), and the third factor is the installation of medical devices, especially nasogastric tubes in the long term. It’s hoped that the results of this literature study can further increase caring, knowledge about stroke-related to aspiration pneumonia and dysphagia by nurses who are facilitated by service institutions and prepared by educational institutions and from families as patient support systems.
