KEMENTERIAN KESEHATAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN BANJARMASIN PROGRAM STUDI DIPLOMA III JURUSAN KEPERAWATAN TAHUN 2021 ABSTRAK Karya Tulis Ilmiah HESTI NOR ASIA NINGRUM LITERATURE REVIEW ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN KEJANG DEMAM DENGAN MASALAH UTAMA HIPERTERMI DENGAN INTERVENSI KOMPRES HANGAT (Agus Rachmadi & Marwansyah) xix + 109 halaman ; 11 tabel ; 1 gambar + 5 lampiran Kejang demam merupakan kejang yang terjadi jika suhu tubuh mengalami kenaikan sebesar 38°C atau lebih yang disebabkan proses di luar otak. Di Indonesia pada tahun 2012 – 2013, angka kejadian kejang demam 3-4% pada anak dengan usia 6 bulan – 5 tahun. Pada laporan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan tahun 2015 bahwa tercatat 1% anak yang mengalami kejang demam menyebabkan kematian. Penelitian ini berupa asuhan keperawatan dengan pendekatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi berdasarkan Literature Review. Subjek asuhan keperawatan telah disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil pengkajian diperoleh pada masing-masing kasus adalah diagnosa keperawatan utama hipertermi. Pada evaluasi didapatkan bahwa masalah hipertermi telah teratasi yang ditandainya suhu tubuh dalam rentang normal. Diharapkan perawat lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan khususnya pada pasien Kejang Demam. In Indonesia in 2012 - 2013, the incidence of febrile seizures was 3- 4% in children aged 6 months - 5 years. In a 2015 report from the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Office, it was recorded that 1% of children who had febrile seizures caused death. This research is in the form of nursing care with an approach that includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on the Literature Review. Nursing care subjects have been adjusted to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the assessment obtained in each case are the main nursing diagnoses of hyperthermia. On the evaluation, it was found that the problem of hyperthermia has been resolved, which is characterized by body temperature in the normal range. It is expected that nurses will be more increase their knowledge and ability in providing nursing care, especially for patients with febrile seizures.
