KEMENTRIAN KESEHATAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN BANJARMASIN PROGRAM STUDI DIPLOMA III KEPERAWATAN TAHUN 2021 ABSTRAK Karya Tulis Ilmiah ALYA RAHMA “LITERATURE REVIEW ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN KELUARGA LANSIA DENGAN DIABETES MELITUS” (Khairir Rizani &Suroto) Diabetes adalah penyakit metabolisme kronis dengan karakteristik meningkatnya kadar gula darah yang seiring waktu mengarah pada kerusakan jantung, pembuluh darah, mata, ginjal dan saraf. Sekitar 422 juta penduduk di seluruh dunia menderita diabetes, sebagian besarnya hidup di negara-negara berpendapatan menengah ke bawah dan 1,6 juta kematian disebabkan oleh penyakit diabetes setiap tahun. Prevalensi diabetes mellitus menurut karakteristik umur menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penderita diabetes mellitus di Kalimantan Selatan berusia 65-74 tahun dengan prevalensi sebesar 7,39%. Metode penelitian pada penulisan ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan proses keperawatan berdasarkan hasil Literature Review. Dengan membandingakan 2 asuhan keperawatan keluarga lansia yang mengalami diabetes melitus Penelitian ini berupa laporan literature review dari dua asuhan keperawatan keluarga lansia dengan diabetes melitus yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penegakkan diagnosa utama keperawatan keluarga dari kedua pasien berbeda dikarenakan perbedaan dari hasil data pengkajian dari kedua peneliti. Dari diagnosa dari kedua pasien, semua diagnosa dapat teratasi dengan baik secara keseluruhan. Diharapkan penelitian ini menjadi sumber informasi dan rujukan dalam pengembangan dan aplikasi ilmu kesehatan serta menambah wawasan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Around 422 million people worldwide suffer from diabetes, most of whom live in lower-middle income countries and 1.6 million deaths are caused by diabetes each year. The prevalence of diabetes mellitus according to age characteristics shows that most people with diabetes mellitus in South Kalimantan are aged 65-74 years with a prevalence of 7.39%. The research method in this paper is to use a nursing process approach based on the results of the Literature Review. By comparing 2 nursing care for elderly families with diabetes mellitus. This study is in the form of a literature review report of two nursing care for elderly families with diabetes mellitus which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The establishment of the main family nursing diagnoses for the two patients was different due to differences in the results of the assessment data from the two researchers. From the diagnoses of the two patients, all diagnoses were resolved well overall. It is hoped that this research will become a source of information and reference in the development and application of health sciences and add insight for further research.
