Beban setiap jenis pekerjaan tentunya berbeda-beda tergantung pada jenis dan lama pekerjaannya. Beban kerja yang diterima seseorang harus sesuai dengan kemampuan fisik dari pekerja tersebut. Salah satunya yang ada di Industri Anyaman Purun di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara, banyaknya tahapan proses yang ada di Industri tentunya memiliki beban kerja yang bervariasi, dan menjadikan salah satu indikator terjadinya peningkatan denyut nadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan denyut nadi pekerja Industri Anyaman Purun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilan total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan katagori beban kerja, terdapat 12 orang (30%) pada katagori beban kerja ringan, 18 orang (45%) katagori beban kerja sedang, dan 10 orang (25%) pada katagori beban kerja berat. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan hasil uji statistik p =0.00 < α 0,05 artinya ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan denyut nadi pekerja Industri Anyaman Purun di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara Kata kunci : Beban kerja, denyut nadi. The burden of each type of work certainly varies depending on the type and length of work. Workload received by a person must be in accordance with the physical abilities of the worker. One of them is in the Industri Anyaman Purun in Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara, the many stages of the process that exist in the industry certainly have a varied workload, and makes it an indicator of an increase in pulse rate. This study aims to determine the relationship of workload with the pulse of workers in the Industri Ayaman Purun. The research method used was analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population numbered 40 people with a total sampling technique. Data analysis using the Spearman test. The results showed the category of workload, there were 12 people (30%) in the category of light workload, 18 people (45%) had a moderate workload category, and 10 people (25%) had a heavy workload category. From the results of the research that has been done the results of statistical tests p = 0.00 <α 0.05 means that there is a relationship between workloads and the pulse of the workers of the Industri Anyaman Purun in Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara.
