Juanda, S.KM, M.Kes ) Xviii + 88 Halaman ; 15 Tabel ; 1 Gambar ; 24 Lampiran Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) merupakan pendekatan untuk mengubah perilaku higienis dan saniter melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan cara pemicuan. Penerapan STBM di Desa Pendreh hingga saat ini berdasarkan data di puskesmas Muara Teweh Kecamatan Teweh Tengah baru tiga pilar yaitu Stop BABS, CTPS dan pengelolaan air minum rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui nilai Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) pada masyarakat Desa Pendreh Kecamatan Teweh Tengah Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Pendreh Kecamatan Teweh Tengah Kalimantan Tengah pada bulan Febuari 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Desa Pendreh Kecamatan Teweh Tengah tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 397 Kepala Keluarga. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling sebanyak 80 kepala keluarga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masyarakat Desa Pendreh untuk nilai pilar 1 Stop BABS masih banyak yang buang air besar sembarangan dengan katagori OD/Terbuka sebanyak 45%, nilai pilar 2 CTPS menunjukan bahwa masyarakat Desa Pendreh masih belum melaksanaan pilar 2 cuci tangan pakai sabun dengan katagori Tidak CTPS sebanyak 85%, dan pilar 3 Mengelola Air Bersih menunjukan bahwa masyarakat Desa Pendreh banyak yang telah melaksanaan pilar 3 mengkonsumsi air minum dengan katagori MAM sebanyak 62.5%. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan harus meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam memberikan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui konsep kearifan lokal, diharapkan air dari PAMSIMAS dapat mengalir kerumah-rumah warga, adanya sarana cuci tangan pakai sabun dengan air yang mengalir disetiap rumah warga dan warga harus memiliki jamban sehat disetiap rumahnya. Dan saat pelaksanaan pemicuan diharapkan seluruh keluarga mengikuti pemicuan agar semua warga secara total mengetahui program STBM ini. The implementation of STBM in Pendreh Village to date is based on data in the Muara Teweh Public Health Center in Teweh Tengah District, only three pillars, namely Stop Open Defecation, CTPS and household drinking water management. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of Community-Based Total Sanitation (STBM) in the community of Pendreh Village, Middle Teweh District in 2020. This type of research is descriptive. This research was conducted in Pendreh Village, Central Teweh Subdistrict, Central Kalimantan in February 2020. The population in this study was the community in Pendreh Village, Middle Teweh Subdistrict in 2020 with 397 households. The sampling technique used 80 accidental sampling families. The results of this study indicate that the Pendreh Village community for the value of pillar 1 Stop BABS there are still many who defecate carelessly with the category OD / Open as much as 45%, pillar value 2 CTPS shows that the Pendreh Village community still has not implemented pillar 2 washing hands with soap with categories No CTPS as much as 85%, and Pillar 3 Managing Clean Water shows that many Pendreh Village people who have implemented Pillar 3 consume drinking water with the MAM category as much as 62.5%. It is expected that health workers must improve their abilities and skills in providing community empowerment through the concept of local wisdom, it is expected that water from PAMSIMAS can flow into people's homes, there is a means of washing hands with soap with water flowing in each resident's home and residents must have healthy latrines in each of their homes.
